We stayed 6 nights in this pleasantly chaotic “town” during the day… It’s a great campground, with a fantastic view and location; the mobile homes (where we stayed) are new and clean, and there are two pools, one of which is huge and beautiful… We’d already been there two years ago and we’ll definitely be back… a couple of downsides, though: the Germans, who are arrogant and rude; the TV in the cabin is only in German; and the kids’ entertainment is only in German… we’re in Italy, and Italians should come first! Someone might say that the Germans are tourists… that’s true, but having been in the industry for over 20 years, covering the area between Versilia and Lazio, we deal with them too—but they always come second and should speak at least a little Italian…And they always come back the following years… They should be taught the rules too, but those in charge—including the lifeguards at the pools—pretend not to see; one lifeguard was even sleeping behind his sunglasses…I had a medical emergency; I went to the front desk to let them know that a private nurse was on her way, but an elderly woman told me that when she arrived, she’d have to check in—not bring her own cart with the necessary equipment—and that I’d have to go pick her up with the cart myself…I believe that medical emergencies shouldn’t be hindered by bureaucratic red tape… and maybe a few more smiles from the entire staff wouldn’t hurt…

We booked a glamping tent. It was exactly as described, equipped with a toilet, shower, and kitchen, and fully furnished. The park is very child-friendly. There are plenty of play areas, and there’s something for everyone, young and old. Definitely recommended!

What a super nice, quiet, and clean campground. We stayed here for two weeks in June. You can really unwind here. And what a beautiful view from our site!
There’s plenty to do in the area.
The restrooms have a nostalgic charm and are spotless.

There’s a restaurant on the campground where you can enjoy delicious meals.
The cooking workshop is a must-try!
Thanks, Mike and Joanna, for this wonderful time. It’s great to see how enthusiastic you both are.

Amazing! After a long, hot day in the car, we received a very warm welcome here. We cooled off, both in the pool and on the terrace. Afterward, we had a delicious meal at the restaurant that’s part of this campground. After such a hot day (41°), this was as welcome as a cool bath!! Kudos to the staff at the restaurant who went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. Five stars isn’t even enough.

Geweldig!

What a beautiful, lovely campground—we had an absolutely wonderful time!
This small-scale campground has everything a visitor could want in terms of peace and quiet. Each site is private, but if you need anything, the campers are happy to help one another. There are plenty of tall trees all around for shade, and you’ll wake up in the morning to the sound of birds singing. The restrooms are perfect, and the campsites are spacious—even for RVs. We’ll definitely be back.

Wij komen zeker weer

Yesterday, June 25, 2026, it was 34° at the park. That’s hot. There’s a small swimming pool. My kids really wanted to go swimming, but the pool was closed—of all days—in this kind of weather. And why? There was an unprofessional note posted at the front desk stating that the pool was closed due to a staff party. We were told to go swim at another Toppark nearby. My kids were disappointed. So was I. You should let people know about something like this in advance—either by email or at check-in. None of that happened. Not being able to swim wasn’t the only issue. From late afternoon until 11:30 p.m. (23:30!), the boomboxes were turned on, and an amateur band played music way too loud. Pretty unbelievable, right!? There are rules about keeping quiet at the park, but apparently these don’t apply to their own staff. The noise could be heard all the way into the woods. I filed a complaint, but I haven’t received a response (and why doesn’t this surprise me?). A party is fun, Topparken, but not at the expense of my children and myself. What a mess—closing the pool for selfish reasons and denying access to the guests who pay for it. I expect compensation from Topparken, but so far I haven’t heard a word.
