We spent a few days with our caravan at the campsite at the beginning of August. Overall we had a good time, although there were a few things that could be improved. Check-in went smoothly and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The access roads were paved, though a bit narrow due to parked vehicles. Our allocated pitch 913 was well equipped with electricity, water and drainage directly on site. The pitch itself was large enough, but the ground conditions were not ideal. The shade provided by the surrounding trees was positive. The sanitary facilities near us were clean and appeared to be relatively new, which we found very pleasant. However, there were a few points that bothered us. Information about the park is difficult to obtain in advance, we had to find out a lot about it via Google. In addition, the baby pool, both indoors and outdoors, was too cold, so we couldn't use it with our toddler, even though heated pools are advertised. Another point of criticism is that there is only one place to dispose of garbage, which was sometimes a bit inconvenient. All in all, our stay was pleasant, but there is definitely potential for improvement.

Lovely home equipped with everything and the pool

Great place to spend quality time with the family. Positive points: 1) The setting (forest, pool, tents and river) is magnificent. 2) The reception staff are competent and friendly. 3) The entertainment (magic, cinema, music, etc.) is top-notch. 4) The wood-fired pizzas at the snack bar are very good. Negative points : - The organization at the refreshment stand: It's really not that. Waiting for nothing, slow service and very unfriendly staff (not all of them). - If you like quiet nights... Stay away... In a tent, you can hear the neighbors. Overall: A very nice place and a very nice concept.

Super fun glamping

I'll say right away the downside that unfortunately affected our stay a bit, when booking there was specified that electricity towers would be present at every pitch, with doubt I even called the campsite who confirmed this. Unfortunately this was not the case: there were turrets every 2/3 pitches and we suffered as we were poorly equipped and at our first camping experience, we had a cable too short for the needs, I worried about this by calling but the information they gave me was not correct. we used the pitch for the tent which was spacious enough even to place the car near the tent having however little equipment available , I did not quite understand otherwise where the cars should be placed. the stay was short , I did not have time to explore the entire campground but sure there were basketball and volleyball courts, definitely the pool with attached bar, sunbeds on grass and on concrete with umbrellas , limited availability as even outside people can access the pool without reservation apparently, of course use of the pool included in the price of the stay with card to exit and enter at the discretion of the customer, present a small slide for children in only pool with different heights , suitable for younger children. present a restaurant-pizzeria of which I can not give judgment. present a bar where at breakfast at 9:30 was almost completed availability of food 2/2 days. present minimarket with modest prices (PAYMENT ONLY CASH), everything you need to stay and also cool drinks, availability of booking sandwiches in 24 hours. also bar, restaurant and minimarket with access from outside. present miniclub with essential activities, trip to the farm (next to the campsite in the morning and drawings in the pool in the afternoon, water aerobics class all done by the same girl). kind and helpful staff, young maybe a bit acerbic but capable. free outdoor parking available. Location a little inconvenient and not marked on maps correctly, but mostly not marked on the street, more like a little hidden. convenient to get to san marino city by car (10 minutes)

Very good vacation spent in this campsite, less than 1 hour from many things (Spain, Narbonne, Perpignan,....). Sigean beach and African reserve right next door. It's a bit hot in the mobile homes, not many trees cooling the air. But otherwise very nice.

Overall, this is a very nice campsite, swimming pool a bit overcrowded but ok. Bungalow well serviced and maintained. Restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, and access to the lake promenade were all good. Only the playground was missing some light and was kind of dark.

Great place. Very safe. The facilities and amenities are top-notch. And so are the services. We really appreciated the cleanliness and the sanitary facilities (the best for us to date). However, the pool is not heated, and there are a few hygiene concerns around it. People eat and drink around it. It's a bit of a mess. We really enjoyed the grocery store and restaurant. The cashier is lovely and the lady at the front desk is adorable and bilingual. The children's games are great, and the facilities and pitches are really good (even though they're right next door). But... to the man at the grocery store: you don't molest a 2-year-old. Our son wanted a second kinder and went around the checkout on the wrong side while we were passing our items. He didn't even have time to get to us before Mister screamed and snatched the kinder out of his hand before looking at us as if we were a bunch of thieves. So all this comedy for a 1.50 kinder. Not only was our son surprised and terrified, he was inconsolable. If an adult feels attacked or disrespected when something is ripped out of his hands, imagine a 2-year-old. He talked about it again at bedtime and told us he was scared of the man. As parents, we found this scene more than shocking, and enough to make us not want to stay another night. The atmosphere was completely spoiled and we were on edge. We reported the matter to reception. Next time, ask the parents to pay for the kinder or put it away. Don't touch a child without permission. Our son would have politely put it back or we would have paid for it. In this case, we weren't even given a choice. You went to put him away without asking us if we wanted him or not... ridiculous and a lot of violence for not much. In other words, if you're a French speaker, beware of certain campers who are a little bitter towards French speakers, and of some of the entertainment. It's a pity, because it's still one of the best places we've visited to date, and some of the (standard) rates are justified by the quality of the site.

Clean accommodation

Lovely campsite with friendly owners. I have seen other reviews complain about toilets/showers being outdated. Maybe they are, but they are very clean and I like the quirkiness of it instead of everything always being too modern. The swimming pool is an added bonus too. The restaurant serves amazing food at good prices too. The young pretty waitress is also very lovely and accommodating. We did have some very noisy neighbours with loads of kids. Baby crying all night but that was not the campsites fault. Great experience and I would recommend!

Very large pitch, practically empty in the last week of August. Quiet location in the Quercy mountains.

Rooms is great in mobile homes BUT there are a LOUD ‘DJ’ every night singing the same songs every single night. The same goes for the pool doing the days - sometimes it seems more like an Ibiza party than a family camping. The music is so loud that we went else where to swim and in the nights slept with ear plugs. Don’t go here if you want some peace - it’s to much! ANSWER BACK: You say you want to change things etc., but I can see others posting the same weeks ago, and nothing happened, so I am not sure that you are doing anything to fix this.
