I had an excellent stay with wonderful weather.

Exceptional location, walking to the lake is a luxury...The very professional staff respond to requests quickly and always with a smile. The sanitary facilities are spotless. Car-free pitches have become indispensable for our vacations. Relaxation is the order of the day. An ideal stay, relaxing and rejuvenating.

A friendly campsite with attentive and super-friendly hosts. My children loved the contact with the animals. Thank you for everything.

We didn't even get to go. The girl who was at the campsite yesterday afternoon seemed to have little desire to work and all she did was laugh at me over the phone.

Magnificent estate, incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The facilities are top-notch: swimming pool, hammam, Jacuzzi and trampoline to make the most of your vacation. The owners are very welcoming and the staff are really attentive and available.

Magnificent setting. Special mention for Mathias, who makes excellent cocktails, always with a smile. It's a pleasure to find a bartender like that! We were lucky enough to come at the end of August, and as it wasn't too busy, I think we'd be a bit crowded if the place was fully booked.

Toller Campingplatz

I'm sure that for some families this is the ideal trip however we found they're to be far too many problems to make it in any way an enjoyable experience. To highlight our main concerns: - This is by no means a suitable experience for toddlers / young children. On arrival into the tent all of the cutlery, bowls, plates and cooking equipment was in open fronted units. This includes the knives which our toddler immediately pulled out. - The onsite facilities are non existent. Aside from a bar / pizza oven which opens at 5 there is nowhere to access food during the day. The shop offers an extremely limited selection and the nearest store is a 15 minute walk (bearing in mind we had a toddler you could easily double this). The 'bakery' offer was bread rolls. No croissants, just plain bread rolls. We didn't have a car and so meant we were generally pretty stuck - thank goodness we had a selection of food for the children. - Ditto the beach - a 15 minute walk away, and the lake beach we found wasn't really worth a visit. - You need a car. We were in no way aware of this and it made it impossible to enjoy the experience. - The playground on site is tiny, and it states it's for over 5s. There were no facilities at all for younger children to get involved in. - The management did feedback to say they were looking at how they communicated some of this on their site and the age recommendation. However it does feel there are some fundamental issues here and it's certainly not somewhere I would return to or recommend.

We had the best family vacation so far, together with five other friendly families. The campsite is beautifully situated in the forest, all the facilities are clean and well maintained, and it's only a few minutes' walk to Lac Carcans - we want to come back.

Nice cozy campground. Does need improvement on the sewer and water supply to the plumbing. This was really out of order.

Overall a pretty good campsite. 2 sanitary buildings available of which 1 really needs a refurbishment. Reception is well staffed and staff is friendly. I booked for 3 nights with a specific location. Checked in the reservation system when the location was available and then booked. When I arrived I was informed that my location was not yet available because the previous guests had extended the place by 1 day. Reception allowed it and assumed I would accept another free spot. ( Not so) However, I wanted my reserved spot because it was the perfect spot for me. I was not happy with this action of the reception but unfortunately could not reverse it. For me the last time I will come here.

We stayed for a week in our camper van. The service is impeccable and the sea is close by, with no roads to cross.
