Liked: Good facilities which were clean. Terraced area with bar and pool. Large pitch under trees (soil no grass). Stopped for one night on our travels. Community feel if you were Dutch! Disliked: Check in process. To get in at the gate we had to wait for another couple to let us in. There was no reception and no one at the bar. We rang the number on pitch up who then said they would send someone down to the pool. Other Dutch campers were more help than the owners. Shown to pitch where there was a dumped fridge/freezer on the middle of pitch which we had to move! Noisy site with children and loud music until 3am in the morning so we had little sleep!

An excellent stay at this magnificent campsite! The team is friendly and professional... Efficient and pleasant welcome. The site is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and paragliders. The campsite offers a wide range of activities and entertainment. The pool is very pleasant. Everything was perfect!

We spent a very pleasant week with our family. Comfortable and functional chalet. The site on the river and surrounded by mountains is unique. The restaurant service is very pleasant. The campsite is well maintained and clean. The staff are professional, attentive and responsive.

Planned one-week stay in a 28m² Premium mobile home. On arrival there was no dishwasher, even though it was noted on the booking confirmation, but we were given a very friendly welcome and upgraded to a new mobile home. Very nice wooden mobile-home, with covered terrace, perfect equipment but then on the other hand on top of each other and they are very resonant. We can hear the chatter from the 4 20m² units around us for 1000€ a week, which is very expensive for the lack of privacy.|So much for not opening the snack bar, ridiculous pizzas, no fries one evening in the middle of July!!! the highlight of the show no television during the entire week of the Olympics, supposedly because of a cable that was supposed to arrive on Tuesday .... due on Wednesday... we're still waiting... We were offered free wifi as compensation, but the speed was very low, making it impossible to watch TV on a tablet.|Flee from the faded, so-called "premium" mobile-home zone in N°1 to 20: no trees and all the terraces lined up, perfect for a 4-family aperitif...|Odalys is really more interested in profitability (piling up the mobile-homes) than in the privacy and rest of holidaymakers.

After reading bad reviews we left with a small heart but this turned out to be the best stay we have ended up with in the many years we go on weekends with our group of friends.|Super friendly reception, both park and cottage 95 were spotless. Very quiet. Top restaurant (unfortunately closed at 21h and breakfast only from 10h).|Outside the park you are directly in beautiful hiking trails in heath and forest and near Aldi and Greek restaurant.|Aachen and Valkenburg are close rn visit worth.|We will return.

Friendly hospitable owners and wonderful place

A beautiful campground. We were in the field. Beautiful spacious place. Fine facilities. The sanitary building near our field unfortunately did not have hot water most of the time. The other building did not suffer from this. Especially with small children this is annoying. We were promised that this will be addressed next winter. Furthermore, a fine enthusiastic owner. We had a great vacation!

In February booked this campground for the summer after having seen good reviews. (Reviews which in retrospect unfortunately mainly refer to the previous owners). Beforehand we had a pleasant contact with the campsite owner about the size of our trailer tent (8.5 x 6 meters) with awning and whether this would fit on pitch D6 which we had specifically seen a review of because of the beautiful view and quietness at the back of the campsite. This would not be a problem and would fit easily. Down payment made for the reservation and looking forward to the vacation. When we arrived we were greeted at reception by a friendly French girl who spoke neat English, that started well. Then to the pitch... The campsite is very tight, everything is close together, reminded of Italy. Unfortunately, our reserved spot turned out to be only about 5.5 meters wide! That was really not going to fit. Moreover, it was quite bumpy and several tree roots. Back up again and confer with the friendly girl. She spent at least 10 minutes on the phone with the owner (who did not think it necessary to show his face but preferred to hide behind the phone) and as an alternative we could choose from 3 other spots: 1 full in the sun and right next to the pool so in the noise. One that was, if possible, even smaller than the approximately 50m2 of D6. And one that was slightly larger but with a view of a mobile home right in front of you instead of the valley. The common thread was that all pitches we saw were very cramped and bumpy. Not suitable for tent or trailer tent. Fine for Caravan provided you get it fitted. Meanwhile we had also walked through the plumbing.... Really to cry so bad. Old, dirty, broken and smelly. Then we were done with it, rarely seen such bad plumbing. This campground owner is not concerned with honest business and the long term but wants to make money as quickly as possible by milking old junk under false pretenses. Moreover, refused to refund our deposit because he thought it would have been appropriate...?! I think he uses a special tape measure or something that magically makes the places bigger than they are. Anyway: big disservice! Do not go there! Don't take the risk, it's a waste of your vacation and a waste of your money!

First camping

A two-day family weekend that turned into three! The Ecolodge location was really nice, much to our delight and that of our 4-year-old son. The swimming pool with its brilliant slide is great fun for young and old alike! Thank you for everything and your warm welcome! See you soon 😁☺️

The tipi tent is nice! Refrigerator was nice. Fan we luckily brought our own. Location is very nice on the water, can be a bit crowded with boats and loud people on those boats. And motorcycles over the dike. Breakfast should really be better or drop in price, because this was really underwhelming. €5a€7 would have been better and otherwise for €12.50 something more out. Be creative is the feedback. Service was nice! Everyone is relaxed and friendly and approachable. Plumbing good. Yoga was nice! One more note; the website said 2a3 workshops per day, we see on the calendar planned ahead that only 2 workshops per day are offered. This can seem a bit misleading. My partner would have liked a creative workshop in the afternoon, I was very content with the free time and the possibility of slow cooking on a fire. Good assortment of drinks! Especially try the soof limo!
