Fine campsite for children up to 10 years old. Beautiful surroundings

Second experience in a Huttopia Village and still the same pleasure. A week in a Huttopia means peace and quiet, nature and respect, happy children, free to gallop from the pool to the sports areas, or slalom between the multitude of creative activities on offer in reasonable groups. They came home with lots of objects (special mention to the board game they made from scratch) and memories. They even made a point of leaving a thoughtful note on the tent table to thank the organizers, especially Victoria and Franck, their favorites - and we swear we didn't force them to!) The absolute "plus" of the Huttopia Dieulefit is the small lake where you can paddle and swim in water at the right temperature - we had a blast! The Trappeur tent was a great choice (better than last year's split-level hut, which we really liked), comfortable, especially the bedding, super-clean toilets, large terrace well shaded by oak trees, plancha every day... Lacking, however, a storage space for clothes, so everything stays in the suitcases under the beds, but good. The staff, young and motivated, were very pleasant, available and kind from A to Z. A small downside: we felt that there were a few fewer "music and entertainment" evenings organized, compared with last year at another Huttopia (perhaps this time we had a "slower" week), and once again the restaurant isn't the best. But that's no big deal. The Huttopia concept, despite its cost, is well worth the trip. We'll be back, in Dieulefit or elsewhere!

Lovely cozy cottage. We overlooked one of the harbors and the water. Quite able to enjoy on the terrace, to and on the water Everything was well taken care of! In short, a relaxing weekend!

Geweldige plek voor de kinderen, mooie speel plekken en prima zwembad. Het terras is gezellig en heeft een mooie uitstraling. Idd 99% is Nederlands. Enig nadeel vonden wij dat t huisje niet meer koel te krijgen was, daardoor nauwelijks geslapen, het was bij ons rond de 34 graden. En vriendelijkheid van de eigenaresse vond ik ver te zoeken. Ook amper gezien in de vakantie week. Ee werd niet eens gevraagd hoe we het hadden gehad bij het uit checken.

We stayed at the farm for a week and really enjoyed our time. We were given a very friendly welcome and everything seemed very well organized. The highlights definitely included the well-equipped bar tent, the young rabbits, the large trampoline and the homemade pizza. As all the activities were offered purely in Dutch, we were unfortunately only able to follow them to a limited extent. We had also hoped to be able to buy more local produce directly from the farm (fruit, potatoes, (goat's) milk, cheese, meat, etc.) in addition to eggs. As there are no cows on site, we definitely recommend stopping by the nearby milking parlor (Het Melkhuis), where you can buy fresh milk and delicious ice cream.

As a hiker, cycling with a tent, you don't have much to do at this campground. There is no sanitary building. But if you do not need to shower, there is a nice spot near the playground.

Small, manageable campsite, just as we wanted, with its own access to the lake. The lake and the location are wonderful, water quality top despite the heat! The hostesses are very helpful, open and very friendly! We felt very comfortable and would love to come back! We also had contact with the narrow access road, but it is only 700m, which is easy to drive on without oncoming traffic.

The complex is very well maintained, unfortunately there is no small supermarket or restaurant. There is a bread roll service. The accommodation is very chic and well-maintained, but there are small things missing, such as fly screens in front of the windows, shelves in the shower, etc. The staff are very polite and friendly. The grounds around the accommodation invite you to play badminton or kubb.

Fine campground with neat pitches mostly bordered by bushes. Water supply at the sites which for French standards are not very spacious (comfort pitch). But if you cleverly arrange you can put the caravan with tent and car on the spot. Camping is nice and quiet at night, no loud entertainment over the speakers. Swimming pool is fine and neat, but for the number of guests certainly not on the large side. Facilities such as bread is fine. For other types of shopping you have to go to the village. We tried t restaurant but it was not recommended. Everything was somewhat chaotic and if you have little or no command of French it is quite a challenge. Restaurant is in general much more to get out if there would be a good system. Sanitary facilities are very limited for the many camp sites (some of which have their own sanitary facilities). There is a toilet building near the restaurant, but there are almost no camping sites there. And there is a building where the rest of the campsite has to do with 5 toilets of which 1 was broken all the time. Sanitary facilities are well cleaned by the way, showers are very tight. General opinion: great campsite with some points of improvement.

High value for money, but please note that if you pay by card, you'll have to add an extra 6 euros. Otherwise, the toilets and showers are very clean, and the campsite is very pleasant.
