Excellent experience at this campsite, where the welcome is warm and high quality. The restaurant serves hearty, delicious home cooking! I arrived with a donkey, and there's a fenced-in meadow available at no extra charge! The sanitary facilities are unpretentious, but the water is hot and it's clean. I recommend it!

The stay was especially very relaxing, to which the hot tub contributed well. To us it felt like a warm home with beautiful furnishings. The simplicity of the playground and pool was also very nice. So your child can not get overexcited and walk in 7 ditches at once. In short, we enjoyed it very much and would love to come back!

I stayed with my wife and baby daughter for 3 nights in June. We had a wonderful time! The safari tents are really great - a comfy bed and so much space. We were in a woodland pitch, which was very peaceful but still fairly close to the communal areas. The natural swimming pool is a splendid place to cool off. I've never swam in anything quite like it! The communal areas are very nice, and Claire (onsite owner/manager) is around in the morning to make coffee and provide friendly advice on the local area. Her dogs and cats are also a nice addition to the campsite! The locale is also great - gorges, castles and picturesque towns. All in all a wonderful place to stay at and area visit!

The barefoot path is nice though

Beautifully located campsite with spacious pitches. Close to the Meuse River so we even got a free ski water show with it! The plumbing is very clean but outdated if they can upgrade that in time it's 5 stars across the board. The glamping tents (not used) are also very nice and certainly not disruptive versus camper places. So highly recommended :-) in the neighborhood well cycled and walked completely unwind in quiet surroundings. And a good bakery nearby :-)

Nice small park, Sallandse heuvelrug with the beautiful flowering heather was wonderful to cycle through. Hot tub was very successful! There was no parasol, contact face via the app, then a parasol was brought. Also asked for a laundry rack, unfortunately it was not in stock

We were very satisfied all round and really enjoyed our time in the log cabins. The bread roll service is also great. It was always clean, nothing was missing. Small, older campsite with charm and space in the countryside.

With the camper stood there, was amazed at the beauty everywhere, did not find a hair in the showers and the toilets spotless. Must say also lies to the guests who come and those are all very polite and well educated, not to complain against eastappen but here comes just a different crowd than what is there and then everything remains clean and whole. The rules here are clear where everyone should stick to. For the kids sat to do that do not get bored. Indoor play area, a lake deep and shallow with climbing cube, things are organized for the kids, pool with a pleasant temperature for young and old. Are remarkably many dogs but you will not find a dog turd anywhere. For us a good reason when we were there to come right back the next weekend. Very nice surroundings against the German border. The coverage with your phone is very poor and actually not doable with the exception of KPN I've heard. You can buy codes at the reception for 24 hours internet but that does not always work optimally and that I do need business. All in all still a well-deserved 5 star review and hope to see you soon.

Peaceful campsite in a beautiful location! A small campground where we had a great time camping. Especially the view from the pool is breathtaking and never boring. The campsite is very suitable for children because of its clarity and (play) facilities. Since the summer of 2023 there are new (Dutch) managers who have really made something nice and cozy of it. Here and there some work still needs to be done, but the campsite has the potential to become a real gem!
