Nice place to sit. Pretty central, although I the park is little. No store or other facilities. You get your key...period. Could have done more for an extra experience. Very clean cottages though!

Nice campsite with nice spacious pitches. Nice that you can park your car at your spot. Sanitary facilities are a bit further away, but they are building extra sanitary facilities. Service could be better because; toilet paper not present in toilet. Also, the catering on the campsite could be more cozy and inviting; possibly a lack of staff? We had a great week with you!

The house was very poorly maintained.

Spacious pitches, please note that the pitches are not level, the sanitary blocks are all new, spacious, clean and very well maintained, please note that there is no direct access to the beach! What's more, if you're a camper van driver, the site is not suitable for emptying your caravan, as the slope is very steep, which means you don't have to empty everything.

Good quiet campground in beautiful surroundings. Close to the highlights of the area. Very friendly and helpful owners. Freshly baked rolls every morning and regular fruit or pancake stall at the campsite. Plenty of clean sanitary facilities. They work with shower cards with a credit on which you pay afterwards. Convenient for us. Also electricity is charged per kwh, so fair. Great campsite!

We are on the new Buzzard fields, on an expensive comfort XL pitch, close to the wooden castle playground. We have been terrorized for days by teenagers from permanent pitches who utter German gestures all day long incl the accompanying texts & music. They spit at other small children, vape in the playground, discriminate against everyone and are aggressive. This goes on until late in the evening. Samoza doesn't respond to complaints, staff just drive by and let it go, security doesn't do anything about it either. Nice campsite for people without any standards and values, we will never come here again. Not a place to come with small children.

If you are looking for an elaborate review, keep reading, we travelled for 2 months in France, staying at 7 different campsites. We camped here with a tent trailer, our 1,5 year old and our dog. This campsite is amazing, exactly how camping in France should be. The owners (a young family) are really kind and work extremely hard. The visitors were mainly French when we were there. What they do well: 1. Service: the owners are always around and really kind! Their daughter also helps out in the restaurant. 2. Food/drinks/crêpes/ice cream, they have it all, the typical French duck dish (canard) was amazing. Good prices too. 3. The spots are huge, water tap close by, lots of shade and enough privacy 4. Facilities are clean en showers are warm :) 5. Very safe for young children, they have a lot of options on the campsite, several playgrounds, good sized pool, goats and chickens that you can feed. (If you like hiking look at Argentine on Komoot) What they can do better: 1. The kids pool was a bit cold to stay in for longer All in all, would definitely come back!

Toilet building on the 500 field is just too sad for words . I almost fell down the stairs because of the uneven paving . Showers are cold and the roof is leaky and for disabled people actually inaccessible.

Very warm welcome, very pleasant place. Nice discovery. Quiet and atypical. Swimming pool and children's play area. Surprising American style. Good-value restaurant. American tents, caravans and a bus. Too much fun

Stayed at this campground during the month of June. A very neat campsite, nice fields and on each field a playground. Because of the large amount of rain that fell, you did notice that there were places where you would not be happy because of flooding. However, this large amount of rain is exceptional....does not blame the campground. You can see that a lot of energy has been put into the construction of the campsite. Still a lot of young plantings and new playground equipment. Sanitary facilities are modern and clean. Setback is the water pressure of the showers, standing tight against the wall to still get a little wet. The site was equipped with 10amp electricity, which is decent. As happens more often, the booking includes a limited amount of electricity that may be used. In itself understandable, but then it is nice to see how much you have consumed ... and what you may have to pay extra. That is not the case now, so it is guessing what you consume and what you have to pay. I find this downright bad. Do you have to pay then, you pay around 50 cents kwh, which is 2x the regular rate. I think that's a lot. Fortunately, you quickly forget this. You have a nice pool, nice indoor playground and a nice restaurant there. And otherwise you step off the campsite directly into the beautiful nature.

A superb place to receive and stay, even if we slept in the Grand Veneur "outbuildings" and not in the Château!
