Camping PittoresqueLovely campsite, run by a young Dutch couple who are dynamic, friendly and professional! We extended our stay at the last minute because we felt so comfortable here... The quality of the safari tents, the river bathing, the swimming pool, the campsite restaurant/bar, everything was pleasant: "with pleasure"!

Adorable camping, tenu par un jeune couple de hollandais dynamiques, sympathiques et professionnels ! Nous avons prolongé notre séjour en dernière minute tellement nous nous y sentions bien ... Qualité des tentes safari, baignade en rivière, piscine, restaurant/bar du camping tout était plaisant : "avec plaisir" !

Huttopia Vallée du LotA worthless company that demonstrably lies. Upon arrival at La Parenthese campsite, all facilities appeared to be closed, no eisjes for my daughter, no paddling pool for our young babies, no breakfast service, no coffee for us and I could go on and on. Unfortunately, the campsite was taken over by Huttopia and it certainly didn't improve because of that. A big disappointment, especially after our pleasant stay the year before. After two days we just packed everything up and left. Immediately a complaint was made and it was pretended that it was our fault, that it was always known and visible on the website that the facilities were closed, money back they did not want to give. I was able to prove that they lied repeatedly and only updated the website after I filed my complaint. Finally, with much pain and effort, they got a minimal refund and I can whistle for the remaining +/- EUR 750. Outrageous how this was handled and lied to.

Een waardeloos bedrijf dat aantoonbaar liegt. Bij aankomst op camping La Parenthese bleken alle faciliteiten gesloten, geen eisjes voor mijn dochter, geen pierenbadje voor onze jonge baby’s, geen ontbijtservies, geen koffie voor ons en zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. Helaas is de camping overgenomen door Huttopia en daar is het zeker niet beter door geworden. Een grote teleurstelling, zeker na ons prettige verblijf het jaar daarvoor. Na twee dagen hebben we alles maar weer ingepakt en zijn we weggegaan. Direct is een klacht ingediend en werd er gedaan alsof het aan ons lag, dat het altijd al bekend en zichtbaar op de website was dat de faciliteiten gesloten waren, geld teruggeven wilden ze niet. Ik heb aan kunnen tonen dat ze herhaaldelijk liegen en de website pas hebben aangepast nadat ik mijn klacht heb ingediend. Uiteindelijk hebben ze met veel pijn en moeite een minimale vergoeding gekregen en kan ik fluiten naar de overige +/- EUR 750. Schandalig hoe dit is afgehandeld en voorgelogen wordt.

Camping the NoetselerbergWe were visiting campground guests. Neat toilets and showers. Play areas for the children. Beautiful surroundings. You walk off the campsite and are in forest and heath. Just super neat all around.

We waren op bezoek bij campinggasten. Nette toiletten en douches. Speelplekken voor de kinderen. Mooie omgeving. Je loopt de camping af en staat in bos en heide. Gewoon super netjes allemaal.
