A car has to be parked outside, which makes for more peace and quiet. However, with a small caravan without an awning, it can be a bit awkward if you have to store certain things in the car due to lack of space. But you know this beforehand, as it is stated on the website. You also have to be prepared for shower coins (€0.85) and hot water for €0.20 (e.g. for washing up). But that's also on the website. Sanitary facilities very clean. They were cleaned every morning. Sometimes a bit restless in the evening when you're facing the street and the young people from the fitness center go home. But this is limited in time and not really annoying. The big advantage is the proximity to the city. You can take the train from the station in many directions (e.g. Gouda, Utrecht, The Hague, Rotterdam, Amsterdam). There is a free parking lot near the station (not the one in front of the station).

Kleiner, ruhiger Campingplatz am Stadtrand. Wer Wasser liebt, kommt auf seine Kosten - kleine Kanäle und ein Teich. Ein Auto muss draußen geparkt werden, was für mehr Ruhe sorgt. Jedoch bei einem kleinen Wohnwagen ohne Vorzelt kann es etwas umständlich sein, wenn man bestimmte Dinge aus Platzmangel im Auto lagern muss. Aber dass weiß man ja vorher, denn es steht auf der Internetseite. Auch muss man sich auf Duschmünzen (0,85 €) und warmes Wasser für 0,20 € (z. B. zum abwaschen einstellen. Aber auch das steht ja auf der Internetseite. Sanitäranlagen sehr sauber. Sie wurden jeden morgen gereinigt. Abends manchmal etwas unruhig, wenn man mehr zur Straße steht und die jungen Leute aus dem Fitnesscenter nach Hause gehen. Aber das ist zeitlich begrenzt und nicht wirklich störend. Der große Vorteil ist eben die Stadtnähe. Man kann vom Bahnhof in viele Richtungen mit dem Zug fahren (z. B. Gouda, Utrecht, Den Haag, Rotterdam, Amsterdam). In Bahnhofsnähe ein kostenfreier Parkplatz (nicht der vor dem Bahnhof).

Holiday park De BoshoekWe stayed with 3 children in a safari tent. What we liked was that everywhere there is something to do for the children. Playgrounds, tennis court, soccer, swimming, dancing, animation. Our children actually did not attend the animatir, not because they did not like it but because there is already so much to do at the park there was no time left for that.

Wij verbleven met 3 kinderen in een safaritent. Wat wij leuk vonden was dat er overal iets te doen is voor de kinderen. Speeltuinen, tennisbaan, voetbal, zwemmen, dansen, animatie. Onze kinderen zijn eigenlijk niet bij de animatir geweest, niet omdat ze het niet leuk vinden maar omdat er al zoveel te doen is op het park bleef daar geen tijd meer voor over.

Camping Le Bois de la GachèreCamping in "the forest" a little cramped in some alleys in large vehicles. Nice pool, friendly welcome, shady, beach a bit far to walk though. Cycling is fine. Village 10 minutes by bike, small canals around. Sanitary correct without more, water too cold especially this year in August rather "fresh".

Camping dans "la forêts " un peu exigus dans certaines allées en gros véhicules. Piscine sympa , accueil sympa , ombragé,plage un peu loin a pied quand même . En vélo ça va . Village a 10 min a vélo ,petits canaux autour . Sanitaire correct sans plus ,eau trop froide surtout cette année en août plutôt "frais"

Camping SuasaFantastic week we had! Beautiful, well maintained campsite with a nice mix of rental tents and camping spots (that's what we had). Everything nice and clear, plenty of space around the tent and lots to play for our 5 year old boy. Dora and Myron really make a party of it, every day fun activities and a time not to participate is also totally fine. Area offers more than enough to do / see for 2 weeks, unfortunately we were only there for 1 week.....so come back again!

Fantastische week gehad! Mooie, goed verzorgde camping met een leuke mix van huurtenten en campeerplekken (dat hadden wij). Alles lekker overzichtelijk, ruimte zat rondom de tent en héél veel te spelen voor onze jongen van 5. Dora en Myron maken er echt een feestje van, elke dag leuke activiteiten en een keertje niet meedoen is ook helemaal prima. Omgeving biedt meer dan genoeg te doen/zien voor 2 weken, wij waren er helaas maar 1 weekje.....dus maar een keertje terugkomen!
