    We came to this campsite for a week, with a 1 year old baby. The location and setting of the campsite are very good. The sanitary facilities are very dirty and only cleaned a few times. Concerning the nights in the campsite, we were disturbed during 3 nights by young fetards from midnight to 5 am, no remark from the security guard who let them shout through all the campsite in the middle of the night! No respect at all. We had to leave the campsite to take our baby to the emergency room. We asked them nicely to open the gate, but they told us we had to get the keys from the security guard. A quick note to the campsite staff: thank you for your work and your commitment to the campsite, and good luck for the end of the season.

    Nous sommes venus dans ce camping pour une semaine, avec un bébé de 1 an. L’emplacement et le cadre du camping sont très bien. Les sanitaires son très sales et nettoyés que très peu de fois. Concernant les nuits dans le camping, nous avons étais déranger pendant 3 nuits par des jeunes fetards de minuit à 5h du matin, aucune remarque du vigile qui les laissent crier à travers tout le camping en pleine nuit! Aucun respect. Concernant les responsables du camping, ils n’ont pas du tout de savoir être, nous avons dû sortir du camping pour enmener notre bebe aux urgences, ont leur a gentiment demander d’ouvrir la barrière ils nous ont dit qu’ils fallait aller chercher les clefs auprès du vigile, ils ne se sont pas du tout lever pour nous aider. Petite note aux salariés du camping: merci pour votre travail et votre engagement au sein du camping , et bon courage pour la fin de saison .

    The campsite was featured on the SVR fair 2023, unfortunately not all the necessary information is provided that would have made you a different decision for consideration. The previously posted reviews are also very positive, do not match the feeling we left from the campsite. The period we were there we had a lot of rain, the terrain is not suitable to cope with all this rain (old quarry) causing a lot of puddles on the camping places, your awning and under tent get kets wet. The toilets are not clean, there are no toilet seats available (apparently typical France) It took 5 days until the ladies and gents toilets had soap refilled. The pitches themselves are spacious, it is not a car-free park. You park your car on your pitch. The speed that cars drive on the park are higher than the stated speed 10 kilometers per hour, it is really careful with playing children. It is not taken into account by other camping guests. The Wifi is very bad in bad weather or crowded camping. Only at the restaurant you have a good wifi connection. (Not told in advance, or found on the site) Near the campsite is a military air base. Low-flying helicopters fly over several times a day (day/night). There is also a high-speed rail line next to the campground that is loudly audible several times an hour. (Not told in advance, or found on the site) The area around the campground is mountain like. The hills are very steep and difficult to ride with electric bikes. You need to bring a bike rack and drive to a location to bike from there. (Not told in advance, or found on the site) The pool is not open every day, as the opening hours suggest. Since the pool is heated, they are economical with the energy and only open the pool during higher temperatures/dry weather. The owners do not make a tour of the campsite, can always be found at the reception. The hospitality is also definitely palpable and they are also open to the reactions of their guests.

    De camping was te vinden op de SVR beurs 2023, helaas wordt niet alle benodigde informatie verschaft waardoor je een andere beslissing ter overweging zou hebben genomen. De eerder geplaatste reviews zijn ook zeer positieve, komen niet overeen met het gevoel die wij over hebben gehouden van de camping. De periode dat we er stonden hadden we heel veel regen, het terrein is niet geschikt om al deze regen te kunnen verwerken (oude steengroeve) waardoor er veel plassen ontstaan op de camping plaatsen, je voortent en onder tent worden kets nat. De toiletten zijn niet schoon, er zijn geen wc brillen aanwezig (blijkbaar typisch Frankrijk) Het duurde 5 dagen tot bij de dames en heren toiletten er opnieuw zeep bijgevuld was. De campingplaatsen zelf zijn ruim, het is geen autovrij park. Je parkeert je auto op je campingplaats. De snelheid die auto's op het park rijden zijn hoger dat de vermelde snelheid 10 kilometer per uur, het is echt opletten met spelende kinderen. Er wordt door andere camping gasten geen rekening mee gehouden. De Wifi is bij slechtweer of drukte op de camping heel slecht. Alleen bij het restaurant heb je een goede wifi verbinding. (Niet vooraf verteld, of te vinden op de site) In de buurt van de camping ligt een militaire luchtmachtbasis. Dagelijks vliegen er meerdere keren per dag (dag/nacht) een laagvliegende helikopter over. Ook is er een hogesnelheidslijn naast de camping die luid hoorbaar is meerdere keren per uur. (Niet vooraf verteld, of te vinden op de site) Het gebied rondom de camping is berg achtige. De heuvels zijn heel stijl en met elektrische fiets moeilijk te fietsen. Je dient een fietsendrager mee te nemen en naar een locatie te rijden om vanuit daar te gaan fietsen. (Niet vooraf verteld, of te vinden op de site) Het zwembad is niet elke dag open, zoals de openingstijden doen vermelden. Omdat het bad verwarmd is, zijn ze zuinig met de energie en doen ze het zwembad alleen bij hogere temperaturen/droog weer open. De eigenaren maken geen rondje over de camping, zijn altijd te vinden bij de receptie. De gastvrijheid is ook zeker voelbaar en ze staan ook open voor de reacties van hun gasten.

    Het is een mooi camping met stroom en water douches en wc's. Wel zonder wc papier. Wifi is alleen in de receptie beschikbaar. Maar je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt.

    2 stars for the lagoon but otherwise the campsite doesn't deserve its 4 stars! No janitor, so noise all night, our pitch was right in front of the bar and no respect after 11pm, almost non-existent entertainment and no lifeguard for a 4*... we'd already stayed at a Sunelia and nothing to see.

    2 étoiles pour le lagon mais sinon le camping ne mérite pas ces 4 étoiles! Pas de gardien du coup du bruit toute la nuit, notre emplacement était juste devant le bar et aucun respect après 23h, animations presque inexistante et pas de surveillant de baignade pour un 4*... nous avions déjà fait un Sunelia et rien à voir.

    Camping with a just a great setting!!! Dilapidated sanitary facilities, with the light on the men's side the women being nature's lights 😉,we won't talk about the showers...A big bravo to Margaux,because it's not easy to clean up after very disrespectful customers....a campsite that lives more at night than during the day.....expect to do half-nights....non-existent watchman or binge with the party-goers???? In short, a campsite that has just been taken over....and that just needs to be improved with a bit more staff and organization. ...

    Camping avec un juste un super cadre!! Sanitaires vétustes, avec la lumière côté hommes les femmes étant des lumières de nature 😉,on ne parlera pas ds douches...UN grand bravo à Margaux,car pas facile de faire le nettoyage après des clients très irrespectueux....un camping qui vit plus la nuit que le jour.....attendez vous à faire des demi-nuits....vigile inexistant ou de bringue avec les fêtards ??? Gros problème avec la barrière ( pour rentrer ou sortir) et quand vs allez voir l'accueil. ..bah on vous envoie balader...merci Émilie. ...changez de métier comme j'ai su vous dire!! Bref un camping qui vient d'être repris....et qui demande qu'à être amélioré avec un peu plus de personnel et d'organisation. ...
