    Great campsite for exploring northern Groningen. Store within cycling distance and access to large swimming pool. Good and neat facilities, nice spots around a field and otherwise basic executed. For me reason to come back again this summer (May 2023, traveling alone by bike) .............. And so it happened (August 2023) and now with together with my wife and our (mini) caravan. It was a great base to get to know this part of NL in 5 days. The campsite has confirmed my positive, first impressions. There is a cozy, casual atmosphere, the owner is hospitable and helpful (and sells delicious, homemade egg balls). The mix of families with children playing and some older people, gives the camping life here a vibrant atmosphere.

    Prima camping om Noord-Groningen te ontdekken. Winkel op fietsafstand en toegang tot groot zwembad. Goede en nette voorzieningen, mooie plekken rondom een veld en verder basic uitgevoerd. Voor mij reden om deze zomer nog eens terug te komen (mei 2023, alleen reizend op de fiets) .............. En zo geschiedde (augustus 2023) en nu met samen met mijn vrouw en onze (mini) caravan. Het was een prima uitvalsbasis om in 5 dagen dit deel van NL te leren kennen. De camping heeft mijn positieve, eerste indrukken bevestigd. Er heerst een gezellige, ongedwongen sfeer, de eigenares is gastvrij en behulpzaam (en verkoopt overheerlijke, huisgemaakt eierballen). De mix van gezinnen met spelende kinderen en wat ouderen, geeft het campingleven hier een bruisende sfeer.

    Very noisy campground. In the grounds (the restaurant) there was a DJ booth that played until night. Bystanders also made a lot of noise. Pitches looked deserted due to lots of dry leaves. Pool did not look clean. Faucet & sink (1 for each pitch) was dirty! Sanitary facilities were very clean. We could go there the day before. Too bad, but this campground does not give value for money.

    Zeer luidruchtige camping. Op het terrein (het restaurant) stond een dj booth die tot ‘s nachts draaide. Omstaanders maakten ook veel lawaai. Pitches lagen er verlaten bij door veel dorre bladeren. Zwembad zag er niet proper uit. Kraantje & wasbak (voor iedere pitch 1) was vies! Sanitair was wel heel proper en schoon. We konden er de dag voordien nog terecht. Jammer, maar deze camping geeft geen waar voor je geld.

    Spent 1 night in the pipo maison. Highly recommended! Welcome by the manager was very hospitable, he thinks with you and provides you with everything you need. The campground is wonderfully clear, spacious and therefore quiet; you completely forget that you are in the middle of town, even when the campground is fully booked! The surrounding nature is fantastic: you can walk straight from the campsite into the silence forest. The gypsy caravan is nice and cozy, but has everything you need because the beautiful interior is so well designed.

    1 nachtje in de pipo maison overnacht. Dikke aanrader! Ontvangst door de beheerder was heel gastvrij, hij denkt enorm met je mee en voorziet je van alles wat je nodig hebt. De camping is heerlijk overzichtelijk, ruim opgezet en daardoor rustig; je vergeet helemaal dat je midden in de stad zit, ook wanneer de camping helemaal volgeboekt is! De natuur er omheen is fantastisch: je loopt vanaf de camping zo het stiltebos in. De pipowagen is lekker knus, maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt omdat het prachtige interieur zo goed ontworpen is.
