Landgoed de SchelebergOur daughter had an accident in bed at 9:30 pm. She was in the middle so 2 beds were completely wet. We called the emergency number and within 15 minutes we got completely new bedding. We felt a little uncomfortable calling the mood number for that but lady put us fantastically at ease. The lady and gentleman at the cafeteria were also very cheerful and friendly!

Onze dochter had een ongelukje in bed om 21:30. Ze lag in het midden dus 2 bedden waren volledig nat. We belden het noodnummer en binnen een kwartiertje kregen we geheel nieuw beddengoed. We voelden ons wat ongemakkelijk om daar het moodnummer voor te bellen maar mevrouw stelde ons fantastisch op ons gemak. Ook de dame en heer bij de cafetaria waren erg vrolijk en vriendelijk!

Recreatiepark het EsmeerAt the reception was a blond young lady who responded very adequately to our complaint about the 1st cottage. On a positive note, the second cottage was really very good. The restaurant ( food ) was very good and tasteful. The service we experienced was top notch.

Bij de receptie was een blonde jongedame die erg adequaat heeft reageert op onze klacht over het 1e huisje. Positief is ook dat het tweede huisje echt erg goed was. Het restaurant ( eten ) was erg goed en smaakvol. De bediening die wij hebben ervaren was top.
