Flower Camping L'Ile d'OffardWe usually go to the CC Park rest area. We wanted to try out the campground. What a disappointment for a 4-star campground. The grounds were poorly maintained, and the restrooms were dirty. There were no security guards at night. As a result, our neighbors were talking loudly until midnight. The only positives were the very friendly front desk staff and the restaurant.

Nous avons pour habitude d'aller sur l'aire de cc park. On a voulu tester le camping. Quelle déception pour un 4 étoiles. Terrain mal entretenu, sanitaires sales. Aucun vigile la nuit. Du coup des voisins qui discutent fort jusqu'à minuit. Seule satisfaction le personnel d'accueil très agréable ainsi que le restaurant.

Camping Le Petit TrianonThis campground was the perfect stopover for us on our way from Flanders to the South of France. It’s ideally located, about halfway through the trip, which allowed us to break up the long drive comfortably.
What immediately stands out is the expansive grounds with spacious campsites. There’s more than enough space, which creates a pleasant sense of peace and freedom. Despite the size of the grounds, it’s remarkably quiet, allowing us to truly relax after a long trip.
The restrooms also deserve a special mention: exceptionally clean and well-maintained. That contributes enormously to the comfort of the stay.
The campground’s greatest asset, however, is the hospitality. From the very first contact, we were treated with the utmost warmth, friendliness, and professionalism. Throughout our two-night stay, we were looked after with the same warmth and attention. That personal touch really makes a difference and ensures you feel welcome right away.
In short: a quiet, well-maintained campground with spacious sites and exceptionally friendly service. For anyone heading to the South of France, this is an absolute must-visit. We’d love to come back here again!this is a translation, click here for the original
Deze camping was voor ons de perfecte tussenstop onderweg van Vlaanderen naar Zuid-Frankrijk. Ideaal gelegen, ongeveer halverwege de reis, waardoor we de lange rit comfortabel konden opsplitsen.
Wat meteen opvalt, is het uitgestrekte domein met ruime kampeerplaatsen. Er is meer dan voldoende plaats, wat zorgt voor een aangenaam gevoel van rust en vrijheid. Ondanks de grootte van het terrein is het er opvallend stil, waardoor we na een lange reis echt konden ontspannen.
Ook het sanitair verdient een speciale vermelding: bijzonder proper en uitstekend onderhouden. Dat draagt enorm bij aan het comfort van het verblijf.
De grootste troef van deze camping is echter de ontvangst. Vanaf het eerste contact werden we uiterst gastvrij, vriendelijk en correct geholpen. Tijdens ons verblijf van twee nachten werden we met dezelfde warmte en aandacht opgevolgd. Die persoonlijke aanpak maakt echt het verschil en zorgt ervoor dat je je onmiddellijk welkom voelt.
Kortom: een rustige, verzorgde camping met ruime plaatsen en een uitzonderlijk vriendelijke service. Voor wie op weg is naar Zuid-Frankrijk is dit een absolute aanrader. Wij komen hier met plezier opnieuw langs!Ingrandes in Nouvelle-Aquitaine

Wecamp Cabo de GataA wonderful modern take on a camping. We stayed in the ‘mobile homes’ which were very comfy, had a great deck and large sliding door. Great for sitting outdoors and enjoying a glass of wine. The location is ideal for hikes and it’s a 10 minute walk into town. These homes are spotless and the cleaners have to be commended for doing a superb job. We befriended a local grey and white cat with an injury on a back paw 🐾 which we tended to. Hope she is better
