Résidence ValkenburgWe had a great week. Fantastic cottage (cottage No. 7, top location) the location was great, clean, good beds, although they were a bit narrow (80cm), lovely garden and fantastic views. Lovely walks with our dog, Valkenburg and Maastricht nearby, restaurant at the park we found delicious. We will definitely come back!

Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad. Fantastisch huisje (huisje nr 7, top ligging) de ligging was geweldig, schoon, goeie bedden, al waren ze wat smal (80cm), heerlijke tuin en fantastisch uitzicht. Heerlijke wandelingen gemaakt met onze hond, Valkenburg en Maastricht vlakbij, restaurant op het park vonden wij heerlijk. Wij komen zeker terug!

KaatsheuvelThere was no hot water during check-in. The hot water supply was not restored until the next evening. During check-in, there were items from previous guests found, dust under the beds and there were also internet connection failures. After checking out, I was notified that I had to pay an additional €100 for items left behind and that the cleaners had spent extra time cleaning. In general, the cleaners, in my opinion professional and certified cleaners, did not spend more than 20 minutes on this cleaning. So €100 for 20 minutes of moderate cleaning. In my opinion, this is too high a price, considering the average hourly wage of a cleaner of €15,-. In short, my vacation was ruined and even after the ruined vacation was over, Euro Park staff sent me a message that I had to pay extra money. All in all, I will not recommend this vacation park again. My vacation was completely ruined and no one apologized or talked about compensating me for my ruined vacation.

Furthermore, my request for compensation for the issues experienced during the stay was rejected. Based on my experience, the price-quality ratio is not in balance, and I cannot recommend this holiday park.

EuroParcs Noordwijkse DuinenThis is our first time at this Europararc and we are absolutely delighted. Service is very important here. A handyman came on Saturday to clean the dishwasher. The staff are very, very friendly and courteous. The houses are fantastic and also perfectly clean, the only small drawback is the temperature of the shower. It could be a little warmer. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks to the staff of the Parcs.

Wir sind zum 1. Mal in diesem Europararc und sind restlos begeistert. Der Service wird hier groß geschrieben. Am Samstag kommt ein Handwerker für die Spülmaschine. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Häuser sind traumhaft und auch perfekt sauber.Das einzige kleine Manko ist die Temperatur der Dusche. Sie könnte etwas wärmer sein. Wir werden in nächsten Jahr garantiert wieder kommen. Danke an das Personal des Parcs.

MaasduinenThe park is very nice, there is nothing to complain about. I had to pay a deposit of 1,000 euros which is completely excessive. ( my daughter was there for the 2nd time for 4 and 6 weeks ) I have been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks! They do not manage to make a correct repayment to my account! At check in I was 2 hours early and they charged me 40 Euro ! Well understood with an empty park in February! Customer friendly is different . There are other parks that are much more customer friendly! Still waiting for the money ......

Der Park ist sehr schön, da gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Ich musste ein Depot von 1‘000 Euro bezahlen was völlig übertrieben ist. ( meine Tochter war zum 2. Mal für 4 und 6 Wochen da ) Rückzahlung warte ich seit 3 Wochen !! Bringen es nicht fertig eine korrekte Rückzahlung auf mein Konto zu machen ! Beim Check in war ich 2 Stunden zu früh und haben mir 40 Euro verlangt ! Wohlverstanden bei leerem Park im Februar! Kundenfreundlich ist anders . Gibt ja auch andere Parks die bedeutend kundenfreundlicher sind! Warte immer noch auf das Geld ……

Camping CikatMy review refers to the low season (September) and camper and caravan pitches. Very beautifully situated, large, clean campsite with fantastic bathing bays (pebble beach). The pitches are generously parceled out under pine trees (caution: tree resin) and, depending on the category, are equipped with included electricity, water and TV connection (normal TV cable for DVB-T2 channel search in the German region or similar). Some of the sanitary facilities are modern and very clean. My great praise goes to the many hard-working, friendly cleaning staff who always remove the "dirt" that some guests leave behind. A small supermarket and a restaurant (no Michelin-starred cuisine) cater for your physical well-being. Dogs are allowed everywhere (except the aqua park and supermarket), but there is only one small, shadeless dog beach. Certainly not the fault of the campsite, but of the authorities, who put no-dog signs on most of the beaches! You have to walk a little way or ignore the order, which could then result in dogs being increasingly restricted or even banned.

Meine Rezension bezieht sich auf die Nebensaison (September) und WoMo- sowie WoWa-Stellplätze. Sehr schön gelegener grosser, sauberer CP mit traumhaften Badebuchten (Kiesstrand). Die Plätze sind unter Pinienbäumen (Achtung: Baumharz) grosszügig parzelliert und je nach Kategorie mit inkludiertem Strom, Wasser und TV-Anschluss (normales TV-Kabel für DVB-T2 Sendersuchlauf Region Deutschland o.a) ausgestattet. Teilweise moderne, sehr saubere Sanitäranlagen. Mein grosses Lob geht an die vielen fleissigen, freundlichen Reinigungskräfte, die den „Dreck“, den manche Gäste zurücklassen, immer wieder beseitigen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Restaurant (keine Sterneküche) sorgen für das leibliche Wohl. Hunde sind überall (ausser Aquapark und Supermarkt) erlaubt, allerdings gibt es nur einen einzigen, kleinen und schattenlosen Hundestrand. Sicherlich keine Schuld des CP, sondern der Behörden, die die meisten Strände mit Hundeverbotsschildern versehen! Da muss man etwas Weg in Kauf nehmen oder sich über die Anordnung hinwegsetzen, was dann zur Folge haben könnte, dass Hunde immer mehr eingeschränkt oder sogar verboten werden.
