FarmCamps De OostermaatWe found it really good and clean. Our son found the activities amazing. I would suggest to start for a long weekend as the activities is a bit repetative and after a while the children might become bored.

(stop samenwerking) Les CharmesThere are about 97 spots: mobile homes, tent sites and camper spaces. It has a very nice new playgarden and 3 small swimming pools with a double slide. The owners are very friendly. We had a great time and our small kids enjoyed it also. We stayed in a mobile home which also was very well maintained. ||As the owners have renovated the old playgarden, i think they really strive to improve the camping. I think the next project should be the floor at the swimming pools, this could use a bit of maintenance as it has some holes and broken parts. Just as a tip, not as a negative comment.

Camping Domaine du LogisHaving read the many lyrical reviews, we went to this campsite with high expectations. Unfortunately these were not all fulfilled.||||In basic it is -as others also say- and fantastic campsite. Not too big, nice spacious places and a nice courtyard with modern and clean swimming pool. There is a nice animation team and the homemade pizzas are delicious. The campsite is almost exclusively populated by British and Dutch people, the British have many permanent mobile home spots. We ourselves missed the feeling of being in France because you only hear English and Dutch around you all day, but it also has advantages: the children have a great time with other Dutch children.||||I have heard that the campsite was sold not so long ago by the Dutch owner, to a French owner. And I have the feeling that some things are now done with the 'French stroke':||||The sanitary is fine in itself, but the cleaning is really very bad. Several times a day employees clean the toilets and sinks with a cloth, but they don't really clean. So the light gray floor tiles in the showers have a yellow deposit, the grouting is moldy (see photos). In the gutters of the showers at the end of our stay were the same tufts of hair as when we arrived. We also ran out of hand soap 50% of the time. ||||Ook I found the service disappointing in some ways. For example, the reception desk closes as early as 6pm. You can order bread, but they don't order a baguette or croissant extra from the bakery. So if you arrive after 18:00 or forget to order bread once, that's a shame.If you don't buy a linen bread bag at the reception or don't bring your own bag, they just put the croissaints on the counter (dirty). On Thursdays there is a BBQ and disco party, which seems to be popular mainly with the British. The other restaurants close then, but that is not mentioned on the signs at the opening hours. It is told at check-in, but simply changing the opening hours on the signs seems too much trouble. Arrive at the campground on a Thursday evening after a day out, there is nothing to be had. When we kindly asked a staff member if there might be takeout options in the village, the answer we got was 'maybe, maybe not. I don't know. The suggestion to order some more bread from the bakery from a service point of view got the response: 'no, you just have to order before 18 hrs. That's the rule'.||||All in all, we had a great time at the campsite and the basics are fine. Too bad the dirty plumbing and the stiff attitude of some of the staff left a somewhat bad aftertaste.

Na de vele lyrische beoordelingen gelezen te hebben, gingen wij met hoge verwachtingen naar deze camping. Helaas werden deze niet allemaal waargemaakt.||||In de basis is het -zoals anderen ook zeggen- en fantastische camping. Niet al te groot, mooie ruime plekken en een mooi binnenplein met modern en schoon zwembad. Er is een leuk animatieteam en de zelfgemaakte pizza's zijn heerlijk. De camping wordt vrijwel uitsluitend bevolkt door Britten en Nederlanders, de Britten hebben veel vaste stacaravan-plekken. Wij misten zelf het gevoel in Frankrijk te zijn omdat je de hele dag alleen Engels en Nederlands om je heen hoort, maar het heeft ook voordelen: de kinderen vermaken zich prima met andere Nederlandse kinderen.||||Ik heb gehoord dat de camping nog niet zo lang geleden verkocht is door de Nederlandse eigenaar, aan een Franse eigenaar. En ik heb het gevoel dat sommige zaken nu met de 'Franse slag' gaan:||||Het sanitair is op zich prima, maar de schoonmaak is echt heel slecht. Meerdere keren per dag maken medewerkers de toiletten en wasbakken schoon met een doekje, maar écht schoonmaken doen ze niet. Dus de lichtgrijze vloertegels in de douches hebben een gele aanslag, de voegen schimmel (zie foto's). In de goten van de douches lagen aan het einde van ons verblijf dezelfde plukken haren als toen we aankwamen. Ook was 50% van de tijd de handzeep op. ||||Ook vond ik de service op sommige punten tegenvallen. Zo gaat de receptie al om 18:00 uur dicht. Je kunt brood bestellen, maar ze bestellen geen stokbrood of croissantje extra bij de bakker. Dus kom je na 18:00 uur aan of vergeet je een keer brood te bestellen, dan is dat jammer.Koop je geen linnen broodzak bij de receptie of neem je zelf geen tas mee, dan leggen ze de croissaints gewoon op de balie (smerig). Op donderdag is er een BBQ- en discoparty, die voornamelijk bij de Britten populair lijkt. De andere horeca gaat dan dicht, maar dat staat niet op de borden bij de openingstijden vermeld. Het wordt wel verteld bij het inchecken, maar gewoon de openingstijden op de borden aanpassen lijkt te veel moeite. Kom je op een donderdagavond na een dagje uit op de camping, is er niets te krijgen. Toen we vriendelijk aan een medewerker vroegen of er misschien afhaalmogelijkheden in het dorp zijn, kregen we als antwoord 'maybe, maybe not. I don't know'. De suggestie om uit serviceoogpunt wat meer brood bij de bakker te bestellen kreeg als reactie: 'no, you just have to order before 18 hrs. That's the rule'.||||Al met al hebben we een prima tijd op de camping gehad en is de basis prima. Jammer dat het vieze sanitair en de stugge houding van sommige medewerkers een wat slechte nasmaak geven.
