Bike tour made simply great there

Lovely quiet walk in nature. 2 rounds possible of different lengths. 2 km or 4½ km. Or combine them of course 🫣 Furthermore, many different benches to rest and enjoy nature. At the entrance a small contribution for maintenance via a digital cash register. Or free if you are a member of Natuurmonumenten! Dogs are not allowed so leave them at home!

Unfortunately the only campsite nearby. Pitches are relatively expensive and cramped. OK for a short stay. The bus is right next to the campsite.

How much we enjoyed the peace and especially the beautiful weather the past 4 days in the middle of nature at only 35 min from home. You have a beautiful campsite, everything neat and clean. A big thumbs up for the warm sanitary block.

Very friendly staff, nice pitches for the cc's, very clean sanitary facilities and close to everything with public transport at the foot of the campsite.... The only downside is that some people in the chalets keep up a racket until 5 a.m. with no thought for the neighbors.

Hoora is a top company. With our sailing club we sail on the Frisian lakes for almost four decades. This year in Motions 670, renamed by us as Kestrels ;-). It was a pleasure to sail in it. The easy to operate electric motor is also a delight compared to the outboard yamaha tops. We are happy to rent again in 2026.

Spent a weekend in November with the camper at the camper spots. Great spots, near decent, clean (and nice and hot) plumbing. Just a decent campsite. Facilities were now closed (which is logical) but also looked all atmospheric. Sandwich service was there but did not use.

Bad place. House was not cleaned good. No soaps no toilet paper no towels. Only thing they provide is bed sheets that dont even fit the bed or the blankets and pillows. Not even babycrib is included in the service even if we asked about it before we arrived. The gate is only driveable between 6-23 and even if we spoke with the workers and told them we want to come a bit later will you let us in? They said yes but once we came and called the night shift guard she was very rude and told us ”noone is coming in, stop calling we are resting”. Overall this parc gets a 2/5 star.

Great place to stay with girlfriends! The cabanas are stylish, cozy and super clean. Close to the beach yet lovely and quiet. We really enjoyed and unwinded, highly recommended!

The new facility is huge and very casually laid out. However, I have to repeat some of the things I have already read here. The path lighting was unreliable, and some things were apparently solved quickly and provisionally before the opening - which is not a problem. Anyone who has ever had a construction site knows the problem. However, I find that there is very, very, very little greenery. Sure, all the hedges between the pitches and mobile homes are still growing, but there's gravel everywhere. A disaster, especially with a dog. I felt sorry for them, you could see that everyone was looking for something green. So if most of what is still gravel would become meadow again - then it would be perfect. But this way you walk and search forever. In general, the options for dog owners are rather limited - especially when it comes to walking. But otherwise the site is great! We also got a mobile home with a view! The facilities (apart from the lack of kitchen towels) were also great! Very nice staff!

Great park and close to the beach, highly recommended!
