It was very nice again. Even if the weather wasn't as great as last year.

We were cycling from Brest to Biarritz and found the perfect accommodation for us at this campsite - a tent lodge in a beautiful spot in the dunes, with the beach right behind it. The lodge was equipped with everything we needed (including a fridge, cooking facilities and very comfortable chairs on the terrace). It was a really nice place for us. There is no direct access to the beach, but it never hurt anyone to walk a few meters. The breakfast service was perfect. The staff were friendly. The nearest grocery store is not far away. Really the only negative point was the exorbitant prices for the bottled wines on offer at the campsite. Fortunately organic and regional - but we paid €26 at the campsite for a wine that cost less than €8 from the producer (we were there) !!!!!!! We realize that shopping in the campsite store is more expensive - but these wine prices are really exorbitant.

We had booked an off-season pitch. When the weather is nice, the lake is beautiful and the beach very well maintained. The children had a lot of fun with the playgrounds etc. But unfortunately that was it. We can't understand where the park got its 5 stars from. The shower house was getting on in years and very, very, very dirty. Toilets just dirty. Cleaning staff never seen in the time, everything looked accordingly. In the fall vacations the same dirt was in a shower for over a week. Swimming pool very run down, tiles broken everywhere and the showers only worked partially. Simply far too small for the size of the park. No supervision. The chip shop was filthy and even the chips were inedible. Definitely not 5 stars! The pitches are in the forest. In the off-season all the acorns fell from the trees and caused acorn damage and sleepless nights on the caravan.

We were at the campsite. The site has a 4 ampere power supply, so you couldn't even run the spa. The sanitary building was cleaned daily, but the outside sinks were not cleaned and so it looked accordingly. The showers only worked partially, either the hot water didn't come on or the shower was flooded because the water didn't drain. On a positive note, the night watchman was very attentive. The location is also great for all theme park fans The indoor facilities were also good, but unfortunately a large part of the park was closed during the vacations. However, outdoor alternatives were provided. Our conclusion: Not recommended for campers, as the feel-good factor is very low.

The well-known transit campground near exit 33 of the A6 (formerly ANWB support point). Spacious sites, rental cottages, neat clean toilets (paper and soap) and a playground. We paid 4 November 2025 €32.22 incl Wifi.

Ich war mit einer Schulklasse dort. Keines der Mobile Homes war ohne Beanstandungen. Teilweise waren sie sogar noch dreckig. Auf Bitten wurden die wichtigsten Mängel beseitigt. Eine Entschuldigung gab es allerdings nicht. Der Bus fährt weder zum Meer noch zum Bahnhof zuverlässig. Will oder kann man nicht laufen ist man auf den relativ teuren Shuttle des Campingplatzes angewiesen. Auf diesen mussten wir teilweise lange warten. Auch hier gab es keine Entschuldigung, im Gegenteil immer wieder eher arrogante und unhöflich Antworten.

very nice park, were here for the 2nd time now with our dogs.cottage was perfect against the forest with a fenced garden. We have now been in the spring and fall 1 time and we really liked it. Definitely come again.

Great, well-kept campsite with spacious pitches. Fantastic grounds for walking or going for a walk directly from the site. Clean sanitary facilities and very friendly, hard-working staff.

Beautiful area, many hiking trails. CP is very large with many possibilities, so that children have enough run (forest, playgrounds). There is also an indoor play area. Children's entertainment can also be booked. The staff (reception, ranger club and technical area) are very friendly and helpful.

Addition after a few months: I was promised by e-mail that I would be contacted. But they never did. Instead, they commented here and pretended to be interested. Attention: Access via a village with 8m length restriction. We can't understand the positive reviews. After 4 nights we have now paid over 1900€. It is extremely expensive and you expect something. But: - Plots are unkempt. There is garbage and weeds everywhere. - After a visit to the restaurant, we had stomach pains and nausea all night. - All the extras are extremely expensive. The aforementioned restaurant visit cost over 100€ for 2x one course, more precisely a meat dish and a rather small salad) with drinks. 2 mini scoops of ice cream cost €5. A bad watery Aperol Spritz 10€. Likewise all sports activities. - Reception: unfriendly and unhelpful. They are not interested in requests. Neither in person nor by email. - I found the sanitary facilities neither clean nor hygienic. It smelled extremely unpleasant, especially in the evening. - We had booked 1 line with a view of the lake, but the staff parked their cars directly in front of our pitch, so there was no view either. - Swimming pool/lake: everything is far too small for so many guests. If you don't also get up at 4am and also fight for sun loungers, you have no chance. - Drones everywhere. If you want to watch the sunset, you do it with 10 drones above you. It's all about making the maximum profit with the minimum effort.

We spent 2 nights in a mobile home. We have nothing to complain about, whether it be the warm welcome, the equipment and cleanliness of the accommodation, the beauty of the site... The large terrace our group enjoyed in the evening was a much-appreciated plus! The shared toilets were beyond reproach (we didn't use the showers, as we had one in the accommodation). The only slight downside was the quality of the mattress (but we're neither young nor thin). We couldn't hear the train from our location. We were delighted with our stay and would not hesitate to return to this campsite if we ever came back to Strasbourg.
