Very noisy, near the reception, pitches nice, sanitary not quite new but OK so far. It's not cheap, camper 2 people with electricity for 2 days 90 euros. The beach opposite is also good, but is likely to be busy in high season. Alghero can be reached quickly by bike. Worth a visit.

A paradise for children 👍 and a beautiful site. The square is probably the best picture of Kyllburg, because the townscape is less beautiful and not inviting ... a great pity and maximum * for this backdrop. We prefer to look at the river and the landscape. Tip: if it's wet, follow the instructions for the pitches.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. We were here for the second time this year. Planned was 19.09.-29.09. On 25.09. I went to the reception to pay. Departure on 26.09. Unfortunately the lady made a mistake and charged me three days too much. Almost 90€ too much. Mistakes happen. The overpayment could not be refunded in cash. They had a new checkout system. Instead, a refund to the account was guaranteed within the next three days. Unfortunately, this has not happened to date!!! Every form of contact has come to nothing! It is really very annoying and not nice when you get screwed like this! What a pity!

Very disappointing. There were numerous defects in the accommodation: mold in the bathroom, crack in the window in the living room, water in the living room, swollen floor, defective icebox, water that pressed through the closed window at the sink, dirty dishes and overall poor service at the reception. I didn't receive any feedback for three days - only after Expedia customer service got involved was I even called. As I was at an event that coincided with the opening hours, I could only write - but there was no response to that either. I had to shower somewhere else for three days. A refund of the cleaning fee is absolutely inadequate under these conditions. Overall, the stay was an imposition, unprofessional and very annoying.

Very pleasant stay in an Ottawa chalet. The location is perfect, between the Jura mountains and the Swiss countryside. The all-wood Ottawa chalet is very comfortable, spacious and warm. Thanks to the team for their warm welcome. I can't recommend it enough!

We had a stay in the villa, everything was very good, the service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, it was tidy, there was a place for dogs with bowls and a mini gift for the pet, the quiet place is perfect for relaxation, I recommend it 💯

O hotel é simplesmente excelente e a experiência foi muito positiva, embora a restauração tenha sido o ponto menos satisfatório. Pontos positivos: A comunicação com o hotel foi sempre excelente. Recebemos mensagens via WhatsApp antes da chegada com todas as informações necessárias, e todos os dias acordávamos com mensagens a perguntar se estava tudo bem e se precisávamos de ajuda. Apenas algumas informações precisam de atualização, como o funcionamento dos restaurantes e algumas atividades para crianças, que já não estavam disponíveis. Limpeza e atendimento do staff impecáveis. O bangaló de madeira familiar, que escolhemos, foi perfeito, com uma vista divina. Todos os utensílios, lençóis, toalhas e amenities estavam em excelente estado e de ótima qualidade. As áreas comuns, como a recepção, a piscina coberta (com temperatura agradável), os parquinhos, os lagos e a piscina de borda infinita, são excelentes. Fizemos uma caminhada por todo o espaço e ficámos encantados. A localização é ótima: menos de duas horas de Lisboa, numa região remota, mas com aldeias e cidades próximas com farmácia, supermercado e outros serviços essenciais. O pequeno-almoço servido no alojamento é uma grande mais-valia. Entregam uma cesta com enorme variedade de produtos: sumo, café, frutas, iogurtes, leite, leite com chocolate, frios, granola, pães, croissants, manteigas e geleias. Vale muito a pena, mesmo havendo um pequeno atraso na entrega. Pontos MUITO NEGATIVOS: A restauração deixou a desejar. No restaurante Tenda, chegámos com tempo para jantar, mas fomos apressados e o cardápio não estava disponível em português, apenas em inglês e espanhol. Algumas opções já não estavam disponíveis, o que prejudicou a experiência. O Bistrô, outra opção do hotel, estava fechado para um evento privado no sábado, dia do meu aniversário, impedindo-nos de celebrar a data no restaurante como planeado. Como resultado, tivemos de recorrer a outras opções de comida fora do hotel, o que foi bastante desagradável, especialmente tendo um bebé pequeno. Os restaurantes são terceirizados, o que pode criar discrepâncias na qualidade em relação ao restante do hotel. No geral, o hotel é fantástico, o alojamento é confortável, a vista é maravilhosa e o staff é muito atencioso. Apesar das questões com a restauração, recomendo fortemente para famílias e para quem procura um refúgio perto de Lisboa.
