When we arrived, the bathroom was not clean enough for us to feel comfortable there. We informed the accommodation of this (with photos), but unfortunately we still haven't received a reply. So we cleaned the bathroom ourselves as best we could so that we could use the showers in a reasonably relaxed manner. Unfortunately, nobody responded to our request. On departure, we were asked to call the number provided to inform them that the key had been deposited. Nobody was available on this number either. There is no reception on site. Living area and bedroom were fine. We also had to clean the kitchen once before we could cook there with a clear conscience. Cleanliness and service did not convince us at all. The accommodation is in a quiet location, if you are good on foot you can take a nice walk to the beach. Unfortunately, we still didn't feel comfortable.

It was our first time camping and we really liked the Valamar Istra campsite. However, the site is huge, so a bike is a good idea. The restaurants are delicious, the bakery in the morning is highly recommended, the wellness treatments are worth recommending and there is a lot on offer for children. The only points for improvement: the evening program is rather poor and there are very few showers for the many guests. Queuing in the evening was inevitable. All in all, a super great vacation

A particularly friendly and helpful welcome, a pleasant campsite in a good location.

The four of us had a great long weekend in the cottage. We were very impressed by the facilities! We have never found so many hooks and sockets anywhere else. The kitchen equipment also left nothing to be desired. The house is also very quiet, well insulated and very nicely furnished. We would book it again!

A nice campsite in itself. The mobile homes are a bit outdated and would need a refurbishment. The mattresses are worn out and with my 90 kg the slats broke out of the slatted frame. The service is nice and helpful. One negative thing I found was that towels are not included in the mobile homes and have to be rented at a high price. I also think it's a shame that there is no free Wi-Fi. The biggest no-go, however, is that you have to pay for sun loungers and parasols at the pool. In addition, the pool is not heated, which makes it unpleasant from October onwards.

Magic place

Lakeside location very close to the motorway but no noise on our pitch. Spacious pitches well serviced. A bit mean with the hot water. Very efficient multilingual receptionist.

We stayed in a mobile home for 18 days. The furnishings were very nice. However, it would be an advantage if there were more options, e.g. to store your clothes. Perhaps hanging cupboards above the bed. In cooler temperatures when you are sitting in your mobile home, a small table would not be bad. What we didn't like: Every morning the dog owners come by with their dogs who then partly do their big and small "business" on the sunbathing lawn. The dogs were also taken to parts of the beach that are explicitly not allowed for dogs and sometimes even let into the water. The campsite staff did not react to this and approached the owners. What good are the best rules if no one makes an effort to comply with them? We have nothing against dogs, only against owners who do not consider it necessary to comply with the rules. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay with you. We have already booked again for next year.

I can't judge yet, it still needs to be tested. But otherwise a very nice vacation park.
