Everything very well maintained!

Recently inquired info if staying here would be wise with acquaintances. At that moment the person was called by the owner and that was a very unpleasant and aggressive tone towards the stayer. Immediately decided that this will NEVER be a place where I want to stay with my family.

We were actually in a campground in Luxembourg but didn't really like it there. We called BreeBronne if we could come and stay for 2 days on the way home. That was not possible. When we asked if we could stay for 1 night, we had to discuss it and then suddenly we could choose how many days we wanted. We chose 2. On the way to the campsite we decided to ask if we could stay longer, but we got a rather gruff "no that's not possible, it's 2 nights and then you have to leave". Okay too bad but understandable considering we came in so spontaneously. But upon installation at the campsite it appears that half the fields are empty and also through the Internet I can just book for further days. Only now we have to pay preferential rates to keep our spot if we book online, which would not have been necessary if we could have chosen a longer period on arrival. The reception wants nothing, so we go home tomorrow even though we would have liked to stay, and we could have stayed at the campsite. The 3 stars is because it really is a very nice, neat, well maintained campsite with very clean sanitary facilities (a bit outdated) but with deduction of the service.

Very disappointing experience. We had booked a three week stay and this reservation was unilaterally cancelled by EuroParcs just two days in advance, without prior consultation. The reason given turned out to be incorrect and did not hold up later: via Booking.com the booking was eventually cancelled completely free of charge, indicating that the cancellation was not properly substantiated. What makes it extra frustrating is that after our questions there was no substantive response from the park. Communication simply stops.

Nice campground, a little far from downtown, there is public transportation but if you have a dog, they can't ride the buses

Well the nature is stunning. Surroundings are very nice. The cabin we had rented was good enough. But cleaning is a bit problematic.The towels were not well cleaned, one cover and one pillow cover was too much dirty. When we called them, they immediatly sent new ones. But when we were leaving, I saw this on the photos. Either they could wash them with vanish or throw them away.

We had a great stay! What a gem!

What a great location. On a lake, so lots of waterfront activities in summer. Wooded area, highly recommended. Also very nice managers.

Beautiful surroundings, beautiful cottages with lovely smell. Beautifully decorated and even with Christmas tree during the Christmas vacations. Everything provided in terms of comfort. Very comfortable mattresses, slept blissfully. Charging stations are also a plus. We will definitely come back! The only working point is that the ventilation did not work, the bathroom stayed wet as a result.

Beautiful cottage and nice park

We had a wonderful vacation in one of the pool lodges! A neat, quiet park and a very nice and nice cottage, of course the pool (what a luxury!) and the beautiful surroundings (you walk straight into the forest). The service/contact with the staff was pleasant. They thought with us and are always ready. We also liked the food at Sorella's. There is an enthusiastic and friendly staff and a takeaway is a godsend if you do not feel like cooking :-) In short: highly recommended and we would love to come back!
