It was an extraordinary experience, a wonderful weekend, and above all, the staff—a top-notch team of true professionals—with a special shout-out to Ms. LÉA. Thank you for everything.

Where are the stars we were promised? Thank goodness we had our own bathroom in the “cottage.” The campground was poorly maintained, with abandoned car wrecks and dilapidated mobile homes left lying around. The wooden bridge was noisy. We were greeted by an unprofessional manager whose welcome speech focused on drinking rather than campground safety. The staff was smiling and polite, as was the wife of the aforementioned manager. On a positive note, though, the campsites were top-notch. Too bad… Best to avoid for now; the manager is retiring soon. Phew...

Wonderful! A carefree stay. The Glamping tents are absolutely beautiful, and the campground has thought of everything. It’s great that the kids can get up close to all the animals, and there’s plenty to do! The people who run this campground are very dedicated. There’s also a lovely little lake just around the corner♡

The Rosselba Le Palme resort is a true gem on the Elba coast, with its lush natural vegetation and a vast, enchanting botanical garden. The resort offers a variety of accommodations (independent lodgings with self-contained cottages featuring all the amenities, fully equipped tents, camping areas, etc. ) to suit every need and ensure a stay immersed in peace and tranquility. All amenities are available: a restaurant, bar, and pizzeria—all meticulously managed and offering a wide selection of top-quality seafood—as well as swimming pools, including those with water slides for the little ones, and a large theater for guest entertainment. Your four-legged friends will thank you for bringing them along, as Rosselba welcomes them with open arms and even offers services just for them (dog training, walks, etc.). Its wonderful spa will treat you to moments of relaxation and a pleasant escape from daily stress—making for a 5-star vacation! Ottone Beach, just a few meters from the resort, is secluded and peaceful, with crystal-clear waters.... The staff is extremely kind, speaks foreign languages, and is always available... In short, my stay at Rosselba was superb🦋, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to discover the magic of Elba.

Good clean modern facilities.
Location Ideal for easy cycle access to Valkenburg although a steep hill to climb on the way back.
Would not hesitate to use the site again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Camping De Pampel!

It’s an incredibly pleasant, well-maintained, and child-friendly campground where families won’t be bored for a moment.

The campground has many small playgrounds scattered throughout the grounds, so kids always have a place to play. The campsites are spacious, which creates a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The indoor playground was also a big hit with our kids.

In addition, the outdoor children’s pool looked fantastic and was clearly designed with young children in mind. Unfortunately, we weren’t so lucky with the weather, so the outdoor pool was closed and we couldn’t use it.

We also used the indoor pool, which is great for a refreshing dip. We did find the water a bit on the chilly side, but once you’re in, you get used to it quickly. It’s nice that there are changing rooms and lockers available.

We stayed in a 6-person chalet and were very satisfied with it. The cottage was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The spacious porch was also a lovely place to sit together.

The service at the campground definitely deserves a compliment. The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You feel welcome right away.

We also had a delicious meal at the restaurant; the quality of the food was very good.

We did find it a shame that there are no activities for the children outside of school breaks. For families who travel specifically outside of the school breaks, that would be a nice addition.

Despite that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Camping De Pampel to families with young children.
