We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 3) in the sea view Leo room. Overall, we had a good stay, but there were a few negatives. The main issue was the lack of trolleys for luggage. The rooms are quite far away and there’s a very steep hill, which made carrying suitcases, shopping, and everything else very difficult with young children. As a self-catering resort, we also felt there should be a mini supermarket on-site for convenience. Another downside was the lack of hammocks/sunbeds. By 9am they were already covered with towels, even though the pool doesn’t open until 10am, so it was difficult to find somewhere to relax. On the positive side, the Leo bungalow itself was lovely, with a great outdoor area where the kids could play safely. The park area also felt secure enough to let the children play independently. There was entertainment every few hours as well, which helped keep the kids entertained when they’d had enough of the pool.

The experience has been very good, to repeat. It is a family place where children do not bother, the monitors (Andrea, Judith and Sara) have the charisma and joviality that children need without leaving behind the affection. The activities, dances, swimming pool, soccer field, park and the nice people make you feel at home. The kids have a great time and parents can enjoy them while disconnecting. The reception staff always has a smile on their faces and are always willing to help you. The experience for me and my family has been very good. Pd: my children loved Lola, the mascot.
