Summary created out of 284 reviews

The park is praised for its friendly staff and clean, modern accommodations and facilities. Guests appreciate the quiet, family-friendly atmosphere and proximity to the beach. The entertainment, especially by Luis, receives many compliments for fun activities for children and adults. Areas for improvement include the sanitary facilities, which are considered too limited (only 2-4 toilets and 3 showers for 80 pitches), and the nuisance of insects from surrounding greenhouses. Wifi, power outages, and waste disposal facilities are also mentioned as pain points.

We spent a week there in August and had a fantastic time
We stayed in a 5-person bungalow, which I HIGHLY recommend
The bungalow was spacious and brand-new. The pool wasn’t too big, but it wasn’t crowded at all; they hold activities in the pool both in the morning and in the afternoon, and they’re super fun. We went with a 2½-year-old, and all three of us loved it.
Above all, I want to highlight the incredible work of Luís, the activity leader. Without a doubt, he was the best part of the campground.

I have mixed feelings about this campground. So I’ll start by mentioning all the good things and then move on to what’s not so great. The campground is great. The sites are very spacious; in my case, there was plenty of shade provided by large ficus trees. Other sites have awnings, which is really nice. The campground is in a great location, with a back gate that leads to a lovely beach just a 2-minute walk away. It’s kept pretty clean, and the walk to the restrooms isn’t noisy. Among the best things are the bar-restaurant and the girls who work there, especially Alexia—an excellent employee with wonderful customer service who takes the time to ask how your stay at the campground is going, which is much appreciated. Another thing that stands out and is fantastic is the daily entertainment, led by Luis—a one-of-a-kind, friendly, funny guy who’s a showman like no other. So I have to say that, overall, the 9-day stay was pretty good. That said, the campground does have one minor drawback: the restrooms are a bit too few for so many guests. Sometimes the four toilets and three showers lead to lines, but even so, it’s not a huge issue. For me, the worst parts were two things: first, the lack of personalized attention from the front desk staff. I initially made a 7-day reservation, which I later extended by two more days. It was impossible to reach the front desk by phone to handle this. I called them at least five times at different times of the day (and on two different days), but no one answered the phone. I had to handle this via email, to which they did respond and process my request, and they also encourage you to check in online. All of this surprised me because I thought maybe the lack of response to my phone calls was due to them being too busy, but on several occasions when I went to the campground’s front desk, I didn’t see an excessive number of guests that would justify why they wouldn’t answer the phone. Another thing I didn’t like at all is that they’re very lax about their own rules. At check-in, we were told that the noise hours were until 11 p.m., and therefore if you arrived later than that time by car, you’d have to park outside. A section of their website also states that this is the noise curfew (from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. is quiet hours). Well, every day cars arrived after 11 p.m., and on some days there were as many as eight cars, some even arriving after midnight. And of course, the noise these cars can make is quite significant, given that the lots and paths are made of stone. Not only that, but we had the misfortune of having some pretty noisy neighbors who spoke quite loudly after midnight and before 8 a.m. We even had some neighbors next door who set up a screen with a projector and casually watched a movie with their speakers on until 12:40. It was like they were at home or in an apartment! So as for sleep, we didn’t get much each day… The problem started when I began complaining on the day of the movie. I called the front desk countless times, but no one answered. I sent them a message on WhatsApp, and not even the next day did anyone reply. Finally, I went down to the front desk in person, and far from showing me any empathy, a blonde woman with glasses told me I must have misunderstood the hours because the noise policy allowed noise until 12 PM. I told her that I didn’t have any issues from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., but that cars were coming in starting at 12, and above all, that if there’s a security guard at night, he should make the rounds of the lots to see if everything is in order and everyone is following the rules, because the “summer movie” we had to endure until 12:40 a.m. is not normal. As I said, I didn’t feel any empathy from this employee, and she very reluctantly asked me for the plot number of my noisy neighbor. But in the days that followed, we didn’t see the security guard checking anything.

Honestly, we had a very pleasant 15-day stay at the campground—if it weren’t for the large number of flies, which isn’t the campground’s fault.
There needs to be a little more oversight of the campsites, because some people have been having charcoal barbecues—which I would have done too, had it not been prohibited. Campsites with portable toilets right on the street so that children don’t have to use the communal facilities, with the unpleasant odors we’ve had to put up with.
A special shout-out—in a good way—to LUIS, the activities coordinator, who, despite having to put up with outbursts from people who don’t know how to vacation, acted with total professionalism and made our stay much more enjoyable.

Thank you very much, LUIS, from Zaragoza.

A very peaceful campground, ideal for unwinding. We stayed in a glamping tent, and it was really great—everything was brand new, and the air conditioning was wonderful; without it, we wouldn’t have been able to stay there—it was horribly hot in August. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the porch was very large, although with the heat we couldn’t enjoy it much. What we found lacking was the kitchenware—there wasn’t much—and an exhaust hood is a must when you’re cooking. Other than that, everything was 💯

A terrible campground—I won't be going back. The sites have very little space, it's unbearably hot, and they tell you the sites have water and electricity, but that's a lie. There's a faucet in the middle of the street for all the sites, but the water coming out is scalding hot, and you can't even fill a bucket because the water pressure is all over the place, so it’s not much use. The power outlet is more than 25 meters from the site, and the best part is that they don’t tell you this so you’ll go to the store and buy an extension cord. The pool is just a puddle of warm water, and the bathrooms are very dirty—in the women’s bathroom, there were tampons in
