Glamping Tent Palmeral - 2 persons

Hi, I'm going to leave a useful review, the review I would have loved to read before going. I'm going by points: 1) The attention at the reception and in the restaurant was wonderful, they are very kind and nice people. 2) The place claims to be petfriendly, there is a false advertising on Instagram that indicates that the pet stay is "FREE", but when you arrive, they charge you 6€ for each dog per day, that is to say we ended up paying an additional 24€ and they give you absolutely nothing for that (no dog beds, no water bowls, NOTHING), just for having it. This is misleading advertising and a robbery to people who trust in what they offer through their platforms (attached screenshot). 3) I don't know if it was bad luck, but the restaurant had nothing but toast when we went. There were no sandwiches, no burgers, no pasta, no paella, and NOTHING on the menu (I'm attaching a picture because I know it might be helpful to someone). 4) If your dog is afraid of firecrackers, this is definitely NOT the place to be, there are fields around where a shotgun sound is emitted every 5 minutes to scare away the birds, a sound that dogs associate with firecrackers and can have a very bad time. 5) The surrounding beaches are NOT petfriendly, there is only one cove "for dogs" full of stones 10 minutes away by car. 6) There is a beach near the cabins, which you can walk to, but it does NOT accept dogs and to get there you must cross a road with no pedestrian walkway, no signage and no sidewalks, it is very dangerous. 7) You must use the car for everything, there is nothing easily accessible on foot, it is important to take this into account. 8) The cabin comes well equipped, with everything you need, clean towels and sheets. The common areas are also very clean. We got carried away by the publicity and the valuable title of "petfriendly" place, but being petfriendly is much more than that and advertisements should be honest.

We were here for 2 nights in December. The campground has nice spacious RV sites. The campsite looks mostly well maintained, except for the plumbing. That is in need of modernization and also what little given the size of the campsite. Would this be improved, then it is a more than fine campsite. There are 2 washing machines and 1 dryer for the entire site which is also (too) little and with € 5, - per wash (dryer € 4, -) a bit on the price. Furthermore, it is quiet at night. It is a nice base to explore the area.

Very nice campsite, friendly staff, clean showers and toilets. Unfortunately the pitches are very small.

Lack of quality in the bungalow and the service does not correspond to a resort.
