The place is great. We parked outside, which was very pleasant, and yet we were still able to use all the campground’s facilities. The restaurant, on the other hand, is an absolute disaster. The waitstaff was completely overwhelmed, and we’ve never had food this bad in Spain. Charging €17.20 for fried baby calamari in a soggy batter—without a side dish, a lemon wedge, or any sauce—is really brazen. For a tiny little dish! Even the patatas bravas for €7, served in a mushy sauce, weren’t worth the price. What a shame ☹️

Schade ☹️

We stayed at this campground for 3 nights in our RV to visit San Sebastian. The WeCamp site was well-suited for that. A public bus departs every half hour right in front of the campground and goes straight to downtown. A lot of campers make good use of this service. The campground itself isn’t top-notch, but it’s perfectly fine. We stayed at the campground for two nights; the sites are relatively small and on somewhat uneven ground, but suitable for RVs up to about 8 meters. On the third night, we had to park outside on the lawn, which was also perfectly fine—there was plenty of space and a decent restroom. What we didn’t like at all: the prices are extremely high and absolutely exorbitant for this category of campground. We’d come from France, where we paid €32 at a 5-star campground—without having to show any membership cards (ACSI, ADAC). Here, they charged us over 200€ for three nights—one of which was spent off-site—including electricity. These people force campers to join clubs like ACSI or similar; otherwise, they shamelessly rip you off.

A lovely campground located about 4.5 km from the city center. Excellent bus service (Bus 16) to the city center (Old Town, La Concha Beach). Wi-Fi could be improved! Prices are reasonable with ACSI during the early and late seasons.
