Bungalow Confort Daurada - 6 persons

A very disappointing experience that we would not repeat.

We stayed in an Essential bungalow for 4 people, and from the very beginning, it felt like it lacked maintenance and basic amenities. The bungalow is extremely small for four people, to the point of being uncomfortable for a stay of several days.

The shower was clogged and the water wouldn’t drain properly; the front door didn’t close properly; and the air conditioner was constantly leaking water inside the unit. Furthermore, the amenities were clearly insufficient: a shortage of towels, very limited kitchenware, and a lack of basic utensils one would expect in a bungalow of this type.

The number of mosquitoes is excessive, which is especially bothersome in the afternoons and evenings. We understand that we’re in the Ebro Delta, but we’d like to see more measures taken to minimize the problem or, at the very least, better information about it.

The pool closes at 7:00 p.m., which is too early for a vacation campground, especially in the summer. To make matters worse, we experienced power outages several nights in a row—something difficult to justify considering the campground was far from full.

The biggest plus is the location, in a stunning setting like the Ebro Delta. However, the shortcomings in maintenance, cleanliness, facilities, and services make the value for money very poor. For the price we paid, we expected much better-maintained facilities and a minimum level of comfort, which, in our case, we did not find.

Fa 4 anys que venim cada any a auqest camping i mai haviem marxat tant decepcionats com aquest cop… La nostra experiencia ja va començar a anar malament al febrer, quan vam voler fer la reserva… Intentar posar-nos en contacte amb la recepció és missió impossible… No agafen mai el telefon i si l’agafen es des d’un altre Camping o des de la central. No t’entenen i no saven de que estas parlant… I els emails els havia d’enviar unes 8 vegades fins que el responien amb coses que tampoc tenien sentit… Aquest fer ja va provocar bastanta angoixa, molt abans d’arribar. Vam sol.licitar estar tots junts i això tampoc ens ho van complir… Som un grup gran, aixi que això ja savem que es dificil. Pel que fa als bungalows, es nota que necessiten molt manteniment. Algunes portes no tanquen correctament, hi havia utensilis de cuina bruts i una presencia molt elevada de mosquits i aranyes… A més, en arribar davant d’un dels bungalows, hi havia un excrement d’animal… Això transmet una sensación de falta de neteja i cuidat de les instalacions… Cada dia haviem d’anar a tirar les basures molt lluny de la nostra parcela… Creiem que el camping té marge de millora i que ha perdut moltissim des del moment en que va passar a formar part del grup Taiga. S’ha encarit, pero aixo no ha fet que es veigui reflexat en les instalacions. Lamentablement, la nostra experiencia va ser molt dolenta i l’any que ve no hi tornarem…

Hem passat uns dies en aquest càmping prop del Delta de l’Ebre. La nostra parcel·la era àmplia, amb bona ombra i força confortable, cosa que vam valorar molt, especialment en dies de calor. La ubicació també és un punt fort per visitar l’entorn del Delta. La presència de mosquits era molt elevada i va afectar considerablement el gaudi de l’estada, sobretot durant les tardes i les nits. Tot i dur repel•lent vam acabar amb força picades. Menjavem amb mosquits a tope. A més, la gestió de la recepció ens va semblar poc eficient, amb una atenció molt desorganitzada. A més feien festes al poble de l’ampolla i no van avisar que durant tot aquell cap de setmana no podriem dormir del que es sentia la música. No hi tornarem!

Estàvem amb AC. La placa de mosquits ha sigut descomunal. El càmping hauria de buscar una de les millors opcions que hi ha al mercat per poder-les combatre. Ahh i cada nit hem tingut un passeig de granotes als nostres peus....QUIN FÀSTIC. La platja que hi ha a prop del càmping es tot un pedregal....gens recomanable.

The bungalows were a bit run-down and old, and also too small for four people… despite that, if it hadn’t been for the billions of mosquitoes (something they surely could control by installing something, planting some plants, or simply spraying insecticide, etc.), it would have been a good stay. The resort is very nice and has all the amenities. Expensive… very expensive, but they have them. The store has somewhat unusual hours… the restaurant is great and the food is good too, but for example, if you want to have a drink in the evening, you have to pay extra to enjoy it. I get that they charge people coming from outside the campground, but the guests?? Oh well. An experience I’ve already had and don’t think I’ll repeat. That said, the staff is very friendly and attentive. We stayed for a week in July, if that helps 😊
