The campground is great. It’s in a great location and has incredible direct views of the mountains.

The staff is always willing to help and very friendly. Plus, the facilities are very well maintained.

We stayed in a bungalow with our dog, and even though it’s a dog-friendly campground, everything was very clean.

The only … “downside”—and the reason I’m not giving it 5 stars—is that the dog-friendly bungalows have a small fenced-in patio, but there’s no gate to close it off. This means you can’t leave your dog on the patio with the peace of mind that it won’t escape. In fact, most people traveling with dogs had to improvise a barrier using a clothesline to keep their dogs from getting out.

It would be great if they installed a small gate to open and close the terrace, allowing dogs to stay outside safely without having to resort to makeshift solutions.

FATAL! No hi tornarem mai més! Tenen un bon màrqueting i una bona web però el càmping deixa molt que desitjar.
1.Parceles petites i de molt difícil accés, tot i haver trucat i explicat el tipus de vehicle amb el qual viatjàvem.
2. Servei nefast d’atenció al client à la recepció (sobretot una dona morena amb el cabell llarg molt … desagradable!)
3. Dividit en dos espais amb la carretera principal enmig (sobre i sota la carretera). La nostra zona d’acampada a sobre i les barbacoes, a sota i a baix de tot. Molt poc pràctic.
4. Ens vam posar 2 vehicles en una parcela i la que vam deixar “lliure” la van vendre a un altre client. Molt lleig!
No els donaria ni una estrella. Els la dono perquè en Mario ens va fer riure una estona amb el bugui i ens va pujar a la parcela que estava a “Cancún”! Read more Show less

A campground with good, very comfortable facilities. It has a restaurant, a pool, and a spa. You'll find a small store where you can buy the basics.

Beautiful location, but terrible customer service
The surroundings and the place itself are very nice and fine, but the experience is completely ruined by the staff’s attitude.
At the front desk, we were treated with a completely dismissive and unfriendly attitude, with no courtesy or empathy toward the guest. Even when asking a simple … question about paying with a 50€ bill, the response was rude and very impolite. To make matters worse, far from apologizing, the establishment’s attitude after we filled out a complaint form was defensive and showed no willingness to take responsibility.
It’s a shame that a place with so much potential is marred by poor service and the bad treatment from its employees. I don’t recommend it if you’re looking for a peaceful stay and respectful service. Read more Show less

Fully equipped, amazing views, and very comfortable!

The campground is great. The campground facilities are in very good condition (note: The spa isn’t included and you have to make a reservation for €7.50 per person). The bungalow was very well-equipped, comfortable, small but very well laid out—we loved it. The barbecue and pool area were great.
The service at the front desk was wonderful … thanks to the young man working the night shift; however, and I mean this constructively: His coworker, a brunette woman, made several disparaging remarks about him, creating a very uncomfortable situation for us as guests.
It wasn’t a pleasant situation at all, although the male receptionist handled the situation (and the woman) very well. Read more Show less
