We checked in for four nights stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful initially. Payments were taken straight away for the four nights (160.64). Following this there was a large thunderstorm overnight and forecasted for the following days. We were camping in a tent with 30mm of rain forecast. It would have flooded our tent. The campsite is on a hill, which we were located at the bottom of so as you can imagine our tent and belongings would have been destroyed. We then went to reception just after 11am and asked if we could check out early and have a refund as the weather was to be so severe. Marcela working at reception then told us this was not possible, that the weather was not in their control. But this was no usual weather forecast but an actual thunder and lightning storm. She was not helpful, relatively rude and not understanding. She led us on a goose chase, calling the manager (who was conveniently not on the premises on a Thursday morning), who said that we could fill out a form and see if we could potentially get money back with no guarantee. She then told us that she might get an email the following day which decided if we were able to get the money back ( three nights stay = €120.48). Again she could not guarantee. Very frustrating as it was very back and forth between Marcela and different members of staff who she could not give us the name/email/phone number to speak to ourselves. She then asked us to go back to our tent pitch and wait for a member of staff who would come speak to us, this was Marina (the concierge). After a long conversation with Marina, she was the only person who confirmed that we could get a refund and was the only person who was in any way helpful. So we spent just over one hour trying to simply get confirmation of a refund without actually receiving as we are waiting for a bank transfer. Receiving this refund is still a working process. We really hope that we actually do receive it after all the hassle it has caused.

Esté camping es una maravilla. Casas limpias, con tele, aire, ropa de cama y cocina completa (no hay horno), no hemos visto bichos (cucarachas) ni nada en todo camping, gente de recepción y chicos con bici muy amable, piscinas con Koko una maravilla. Playa unos 10 minutos andando, panadería a la entrada con baguettes calientes. Volveré si Dios permite.

Sehr schöner Ferienpark, nahe am Strand gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Restaurant auf der Anlage, viele Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Leider sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den umliegenden Orten etwas entfernt

Sehr leckeres Eis!!!

Ruhige Lage in der Schlucht, schöne Stellplätze mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Sanitäranlagen sauber, mit Toilettenpapier und ausreichend vorhanden. Beheizter Pool und der angrenzende wunderschöne Fluss bieten Bademöglichkeit. Outdoorcompany gleich am Campingplatz bietet Canyoning, Rafting usw...sollte man gemacht haben...leider benötigt man für den Einstieg in die meisten Wanderwege dann doch ein Fahrzeug...Vom Platz aus gelangt man nach 3km auf den Wanderweg nach Castellane...ist auch sehr schön. Alles in allem würden wir wiederkommen!
