We stayed here for one night at short notice and regretted it - we should have stayed longer!!! Everything very nice, well maintained, very friendly staff! We were traveling with a motorhome and dog - perfect! There are lovely walks directly from the pitch, even with plenty of bag dispensers and garbage cans. During the day, even early in the morning, trains pass by at long intervals, which didn't bother us. There is also a sports ground next door, which is used but didn't bother us either. We will definitely come back and stay longer than one night!

Very nice, cozy, small campsite directly on the Drau, adjacent to a sports ground (soccer pitch). Building with reception, sanitary facilities and recreation room. The location on the wall of the former Sachsenburg castle is very idyllic directly on the Drau surrounded by forests and mountains. The most beautiful thing is the heavenly peace and quiet. Apart from the twittering of birds, interrupted by the occasional passing train (every 2 - 3 hours during the day? we didn't hear it at night), you can't really hear anything. Fantastic! We will definitely be back to explore the surrounding area on the beautiful cycle paths and footpaths! Very nice young lady at reception.
