We stayed in the Seerose2 unit here—a fairly luxurious lodge on the campground. It was a nice place to stay, but the amenities were minimal. The furnishings could be a bit more generous. For example, there were no lounge chairs or chairs with adjustable backrests. The kitchen amenities were also minimal; there were no coffee cups. Drinking tea and coffee from the same glass isn’t ideal… but the front desk did bring us some afterward! Great!

Top!

First, I’d like to start on a positive note: Gebetsrotiher’s service is, as always, worth mentioning.
Our camp counselor, Lydia, was incredibly helpful and caring. We’d love to stay at another campground there :)
As for the rest, I’d love to give it 0 stars, but that’s not an option.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. The shower facilities weren’t clean and seemed generally unhygienic, which significantly detracted from our stay.
We also felt more like we were at a youth hostel than at a relaxing vacation resort, since there were so many children on the grounds. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this might not be the right place for you.
It was particularly disruptive that gardening work was already being done around 7:30 a.m. The resulting noise significantly interfered with our ability to relax.
Another major point of criticism is the lack of a dog beach. Especially in high temperatures, it’s hardly reasonable to expect dog owners to have no suitable place to let their dogs go into the water.
Overall, the accommodations unfortunately did not meet our expectations, which is why we would not recommend this place.this is a translation, click here for the original

We stayed in a 4-person chalet on the edge of the property (2 people with a dog). Overall, the location was very nice and relaxing for our one-week stay. The “beach” area on the right with the pier was easily accessible in just a few minutes. We also booked the towel service (bath mat + 2 towels, one large and one small), a kitchen set (dishcloth, brush, 2 small trash bags) + kitchen towels, as well as the duvet cover set and the dog gate. Unfortunately, some of these items weren’t provided on the day of arrival. This was rectified the following day around noon upon request. The park has an online portal for inquiries. Issues are handled much faster there. As for trash bags and dishwasher tablets, it certainly wouldn’t hurt to provide 2–3 more. Otherwise, the Charlet is well-equipped. (No oven) Air conditioning, infrared heating, fly screens, etc., are available. A vacuum cleaner would be a plus, since you end up bringing a lot of sand and gravel from the paths onto the terrace and into the Charlet. Not to mention the dog hair on the floor. On the subject of dogs: We understand that dogs are no longer allowed in the lake between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. from June through September (generally only access from the right side of the lake). But we have to say that this is, of course, a shame. This rule likely stems from incidents involving guests whose dogs weren’t well-trained. Or even guests without dogs who were unable or unwilling to keep their distance. Despite all that, the proximity to the playground and the sunbathing area at the right-hand lake access point is somewhat provocative, and conflicts with other guests are bound to happen. Unfortunately, there’s no other option nearby to let your dog take a quick dip in the water without driving somewhere else—and even there, the options are very limited. It didn’t bother us much, since this is often the case in the Netherlands as well. It just needs to be stated just as clearly during the booking process as it is, for example, in the house rules. Furthermore, we didn’t mind that dogs aren’t allowed on the bed or the sofa. Since ours isn’t allowed on them at home either, this wasn’t an adjustment for us, but it does raise some questions. More transparency would be desirable here. Something that might be worth reconsidering: We don’t see a problem with letting the dog swim when you’re out on a SUP or when you go into the water at the end of the dock. Plus, this is already restricted. This doesn’t mean you can just let the dog run free, and not everyone is hanging out on the shore anyway. This restriction and its scope aren’t clearly indicated at the time of booking. Otherwise, in this price range, one would look for alternatives with private lake access—which are available at Ossiacher as well. There are waste bags and trash cans throughout the park. The park and the Charlet were very clean. Overall, we have fond memories of all the dog owners—everyone was mindful of themselves and their surroundings. The crowd is generally very diverse and rather quiet, which we really enjoyed. At the same time, there were also one or more school classes here (except on weekends). In this regard, it’s worth noting that they’re allowed to run around quite freely. We’d prefer to avoid having a Charlet right next to ours in the future, due to the commotion and noise that continues past 10 p.m. Jumping off the dock when getting in and out is also annoying. This is because people don’t show any consideration for other guests. In summary, we weren’t dissatisfied and would book here again—though we’d prefer to do so during the off-season. We don’t fully agree with the value for money.

Was man evtll.

This was our first time staying in a mobile home, and we’re extremely satisfied. We can wholeheartedly recommend the resort and its services. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our dog felt very comfortable, too. There are plenty of places along the dog-walking paths to dispose of waste. Another thing we can recommend: picking up food from the restaurant and then enjoying it on your own terrace...
