The campsite is particularly appreciated for its private sanitary facilities next to each pitch: spacious, clean, and heated, with shower, toilet, and washing-up area. The location is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, with a ski bus running every 15 minutes to St. Anton and free access to the swimming pool. Staff are generally described as friendly and helpful. Areas for improvement include noise from the nearby motorway and railway, service aspects such as unavailability outside reception hours and communication issues, and incidents with cleanliness and hot water in accommodations.

We booked the Luxury Chalet for qn expensive Price, but we are really disappointed. This is not for Family. We hsve 2 Kids 4 and 1yr old. Kitchen hat nothing of what you really need, no oven, just Microwave, no glasses, all cups, no bowls so the Kids can eat cereals. No Kids seat. In the Stove, you can only cook one at a time, because only one … you can use for high heat. The Toilet has a weird smell everytime we open the door. It looks Fancy, but if you stay there its empty, not practical, the stuff are there that you do not actually need for everyday life. I wish I have booked as usual an Airbnb, which has everything especially in the Kitchen.

We stayed there for 11 days and can’t say a single bad thing about it. Yes, you can hear the street, but that didn’t bother us personally. On the other hand, the campground is in a great location—we got around 90% of the time by e-bike. Whenever we had a question, it was always answered very friendly and politely. The bathroom isn’t exactly … state-of-the-art, but everything was in good condition and clean—and since it was right next to our trailer, it was perfect. We’d love to come back.

We had a cottage, and they look great; there isn’t much to do at the park itself. There’s a small playground for the kids. The cottages are still fairly new, but the area around them needs a lot of work when it comes to cleanliness. Maybe if you’re going purely for winter sports, it’s fine, but for the summer, it’s a bit of a letdown for our tastes.
