    If guests must cancel their stay due to a pandemic, the stay can be rebooked to a later date at no charge. This rebooking is not limited in time. If guests have to cancel their stay for any other reason, they have the option of transferring the reservation to someone else free of charge. In case of no show, only the cleaning fee (€150) will be refunded.

    Therefore, there are no rates where cancellations can be made free of charge. If the bookers are forced to cancel, the park may look at a free rebooking, provided they still manage to re-rent the cancelled period.

    No, it's a car-free site. So you cannot drive up to the cabin to load or unload, but at each cabin there is an electric cargo bike that can be used to load and unload all the luggage.

  2. Are bicycles available at the accommodation?

    Next to each cabin there is a bike shed containing an electric cargo bike and two regular bikes.

  3. Are dogs welcome?

    Yes, dogs are welcome.

  4. Do you have to pay for the wellness?

    No, use of the wellness island is free. Guests can book the island every day of their stay for an hour and a half. For this purpose, a booking module will be forwarded on the day of arrival.

    On the wellness island you will find a sauna with panorama window, an outdoor shower with dump bucket, access to the swimming pond, a relaxation area with pizza oven and a water fountain. Special towels are provided in the cabin. You may enter the sauna with or without swimwear.

  5. Are products present in the kitchen?

    Yes, there are coffee beans, tea, oil, salt and pepper, and dishwasher tablets, among others.

  6. Are there any products present in the bathroom?

    Yes, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is also toilet paper, a hair dryer and bath linens.

  7. Are you allowed to barbecue?

    Yes, and there is a Bastard barbecue at every cabin.

    It was absolutely amazing. They’ve thought of everything. As soon as you walk through the gate, you feel the peace and quiet. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Not a 10/10, but an 11/10!

    One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Lovely cottages where everything is just right, set in a green oasis you’d never expect when you arrive. Comfortable beds—they’ve thought of everything.

    There’s so much to do in and around the cabin; three nights weren’t nearly enough. We had a wonderful swim in the swimming pond and spent an … evening in the sauna and hot tub. We explored the city by bike along the beach and visited Fort Napoleon. We really enjoyed the shrimp croquettes. What a weekend!

    Een van de fijnste plekken waar we ooit verbleven hebben. Heerlijke huisjes waar alles klopt in een groene oase die je nooit verwacht als je je aankomt. Heerlijke bedden, aan alles is gedacht.

    Zoveel te doen in en rond de cabin, we hadden met drie nachtjes tijd tekort. Heerlijk gezwommen in de zwemvijver en avondje in de sauna en hottub. Met de fietsen langs het strand de stad verkend en naar Fort Napoleon geweest. Heerlijk genoten van de garnaalkroketten. Wat een weekend!

    Truly a hidden gem!!. Everything about our stay here has been wonderful. They have spared no details in thinking of things a traveler might want to make their stay fun and memorable. This is a true oasis only moments from the beach and lovely restaurants but with everything you need to never leave the property.     What an amazing place! One of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed - the cabin had everything we needed. The bikes were a bonus! Sauna was a luxury. And the Le Creuset kitted out kitchen is a dream. Loved visiting the chickens for fresh eggs every morning!

    An idyllic spot to unwind for a long weekend or longer... We found this place—Les Cabanes d'Ostende—to be absolutely magnificent. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood in Ostend. You step into the park, and just like that, you’re disconnected from it all. Everything is designed to help you reconnect and recharge. The cabins are really nice and … very well laid out. Nothing is missing. The organization—from booking to arrival to departure—is perfect.
    We highly recommend the breakfasts, which are top-notch, delicious, hearty, and extremely fresh... You can relax in the baths. The bikes let us explore the region. The owners are super friendly and have thought of everything. We’ll be back.
    Bonus: we brought our dog, and they even had a little gift for him!!

    Un lieu idyllique pour déconnecter un long week-end ou plus ... Nous avons trouvé ce site : Les Cabanes d'Ostende magnifique . Ce lieu se situe dans un quartier très calme d'Ostende . Vous entrez dans le parc et Hop ! vous êtes déconnectés . Tout est pensé pour se retrouver, se ressourcer . Les Cabanes sont vraiment chouettes , très bien agencées . Rien ne manque . L'organisation depuis la réservation , l'arrivée jusqu'au départ tout est parfait .
    Nous conseillons fortement les pdj qui sont top, délicieux, copieux et extrêmement frais ... Vous pouvez vous détendre dans les bains . Les vélos nous ont permis de découvrir la région . Les propriétaires sont ultra sympa et ils ont pensé à tout . On reviendra .
    Petit plus : nous sommes venus avec notre chien et il avait même un petit présent pour lui !!
