Camping Village Poljana

Unfortunately, this was very disappointing on a personal level
We had booked a stay at this campground but had to cancel it due to a truly serious and exceptional family situation. My mom is seriously ill in the hospital and fighting for her life.
We therefore asked the campground to be accommodating and issue a refund. Unfortunately, our … request was denied.
Of course, we understand that there are cancellation policies and that a business has certain rules. Nevertheless, we would have expected a little humanity and goodwill, especially in a situation like this. Our goal wasn’t to fundamentally question any rules, but to seek understanding for an extraordinary situation that was incredibly stressful for our family.
The fact that no goodwill was shown even under these circumstances left us deeply disappointed on a human level. Unfortunately, it’s precisely in moments like these that you realize understanding and compassion aren’t always the top priority everywhere.
We definitely would have liked to see more humanity and goodwill from this campground. As it stands, we’re unfortunately left with a very bitter impression.
Anyone booking here should be aware that, even in a serious family emergency, you apparently can’t necessarily count on them to show any flexibility. Read more Show less

Esperienza un po' faticosa, casette ferme negli anni '90, cucina sfornita e bagno mal tenuto ( odore di fogna dagli scarichi e wc instabile ).
Disponibilità del personale invece ottima e presenza allegra e disponibile.
Campeggio piccolo e tranquillo ma senza alcun tipo di servizio siccome l'unico ristorante presente era anche in manutenzione … cosa che non ci è stata cominciata al momento della prenotazione.
Non ci tornerò ma penso possa essere apprezzato da campeggisti. Read more Show less

En fantastisk plats med otroligt fin strand och klart vatten. Fräscha gemensamma utrymmen.
Trevlig bar vid stranden samt en pub. De håller på att bygga en ny restaurang, så tyvärr fanns det bara lite enklare mat denna gången.

Mały i spokojny kemping. Mało atrakcji ale urok w spokoju i ciszy. Serdecznie polecam.

Camping Poljana pozytywnie mnie zaskoczył. Generalnie kempingi chorwackie mocno ostają od większości włoskich i francuskich resortów tego typu. Tutaj dostałem info przed wyjazdem że remont restauracji się opóźnił i będzie ona niedostępna. Na miejscu okazało się być lepiej niż się.spodziewalem. Domki w zacienionych miejscach z ładnym widokiem, … wspaniała lodziarnia, i bar przy plaży na naprawdę dobrym poziomie. Plaża.niezatloczona, trzeba tylko przeczekać poranny aqua aerobik i można działać. Sklep bardzo drogi. Za 12 piw.placilem 22 EUR a za te same z Konzumie 16 EUR i taka proporcja jest na większości produktów. Jak nie ma wyjścia dobrze że jest na miejscu ale na większe zakupy polecam skoczyć do Lidla. (6-7 min drogi). Animacje to 6 piosenek.zaspiewanych pod.sklepem ale to chyba wystarcza. Cisza nocna od 23:30 ale już po 21:00 jakby wszyscy spali. Uwaga: w mobile home jak i w większości miejsc na campingu nie ma zasięgu a wifi w obiekcie nie jest dostępne. Dla mnie był to tygodniowy detoks od telefonu ale.wiem.ze.nie każdy może się tak odciąć więc to duży minus. Read more Show less

Terrible experience—the restaurant was closed, the house was on a hill so steep it could give you a heart attack, there was no gate for my dog, and there was zero organization—both in the resort and in the evenings, when there was nothing going on except a kids’ dance party, and then absolute silence. The washing machines didn’t work... a horrible vacation.
