A nice campground, but with some significant shortcomings.
The campground is still relatively new and, at first glance, makes a modern and attractive impression. The campsites are nicely laid out in terraces. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection, you notice that the work was a bit sloppy in some places. Leaky or damaged shower fixtures and, in … some cases, sloppy workmanship don’t quite live up to the standards expected of a new campground.
The staff was very friendly, and the restrooms were clean overall. We particularly liked the adults-only pool area.
However, we found the supermarket and restaurant on the campground to be significantly overpriced. In our opinion, the area around Povljana doesn’t have much to offer either.
€40 for a Superior campsite for two people in September was absolutely reasonable. In the high season, however, the campground would be far too expensive for the quality offered.
Bottom line: beautifully landscaped and with some good features, but in our opinion, it still has a long way to go to earn 5 stars. Read more Show less

A great welcome in English with a friendly smile. We actually only planned to stay three nights, but we’re extending our stay.
Very large sites, about 100 m² or more. The restrooms are very modern and clean.
We were able to choose our own ACSI site with a ocean view, since it’s very quiet at this time of year.
License plate … recognition—again, no problem registering our quad as an extra vehicle at no extra cost.
That’s exactly how it should be done—top-notch service.

The campsite was okay, but at €147 for 2 nights (one person with a dog) in the third row, it was definitely too expensive. Not much shade, and the bakery was very expensive. The dog beach could be a little bigger. The washhouse was very well-maintained, but the toilets were wobbly.

A beautifully landscaped resort... lots of mobile homes with pools and ocean views. Very dog-friendly, and the area around the mobile homes in particular has very little traffic... Some cars are parked off-site, but there’s a free shuttle available for guests when they need it. You can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset.

We were there with our RV until yesterday.
We had spot 43.
On the positive side
I’ve never seen such a beautiful and well-maintained campsite.
The restrooms were great.
We thought the beach was beautiful—and it’s dog-friendly, too.
The grounds were perfectly maintained, and the staff was super friendly.
Water and waste … disposal were handled really well.

The pools were absolutely amazing and beautiful.
Sun loungers were free.
Now for the negatives:
No dog run or green space for the dogs.
Unfortunately, there was no hand sanitizer in the restrooms.
The campsite and the entire path to our site weren’t lit, so we needed a flashlight. Since all the lights were out, they weren’t replaced during our stay either.
Prices at the restaurant and supermarket weren’t justified.
The value for money here is completely off.
They take advantage of the fact that you can hardly go anywhere when you’re traveling in a RV.
No taxis or similar transportation available.

But we had a wonderful time and can recommend it to anyone.
You just have to be aware that if you’re traveling with a motorhome and small children, you’re on your own.
And please think about the dogs, too.
