General information

This tastefully decorated safari tent has a living area of about 25 square meters with standing room in the entire tent and equipped with a lovely spacious terrace with awning.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a four-burner thermally protected gas stove and is on wheels that can be moved outside, so you can cook g**efully outside!

In the back of the tent are two sleeping cabins. One sleeping cabin has a double bed and the other sleeping cabin has two bunk beds.

Outside you will find a covered porch with garden furniture and a barbecue.

What you should know about the park

Just 600 km from the Netherlands and only 20 minutes from the Wadden Island of Rømø, with the widest sandy beach in Northern Europe, is Ballum campsite. This quiet and sheltered nature campsite on the edge of the Wadden Sea National Park is a paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and cyclists. Nearby you will find historic towns such as Tønder, Møgeltønder and Ribe. At the campsite there is plenty for the children to do while you enjoy the nature and surroundings.

    We were there in a camper van at the beginning of Norvember and felt almost alone. Facilities TOP, limited operation according to the season, but we felt very welcome.

    Another of our Danish favourites. Great facilities, fantastic location and a warm welcome. We loved our night here! Tip! Your shower card will contain at least two shower credits. DO Tap it like a contact less bank card to use each shower credit. DON'T insert the card in the slot at the bottom of the reader! 😉 Recommended!

    We were there with the motorhome on a pitch in the circle for 4 nights and felt very comfortable. The sanitary facilities and service were impeccable. We will definitely be back. If only because of the pizza. It was so delicious. Super nice contact.
