General information

This tastefully decorated safari tent has a living area of about 25 square meters with standing room in the entire tent and equipped with a lovely spacious terrace with awning.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a four-burner thermally protected gas stove and is on wheels that can be moved outside, so you can cook g**efully outside!

In the back of the tent are two sleeping cabins. One sleeping cabin has a double bed and the other sleeping cabin has two bunk beds.

Outside you will find a covered porch with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Just 600 km from the Netherlands and only 20 minutes from the Wadden Island of Rømø, with the widest sandy beach in Northern Europe, is Ballum campsite. This quiet and sheltered nature campsite on the edge of the Wadden Sea National Park is a paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and cyclists.     We loved the campground. Plenty of restroom facilities. Finally, separate washrooms. All the information we needed was available on the campground’s app. The kiosk at the front desk had everything we needed to get by—and then some. We were able to set out on a great bike ride right from the campground.
    There happened to be a food truck on site, so we didn’t have to cook. Great idea!!
    The North Sea was practically right outside the door. The atmosphere at the campground was relaxed, and the staff was very friendly. Thank you very much.

    Wir waren von dem Campingplatz begeistert. Ausreichende sanitäre Einrichtungen. Endlich auch mal separate Waschräume. Alles Wissenswerte und Informationen gab's über die hauseigene App. Im Kiosk an der Rezeption gab's alles, was fürs Überleben notwendig ist und auch etwas mehr. Wir hatten eine tolle Fahrradrunde vom CampingPlatz aus starten können.
    Es war gerade ein Foodtruck vor Ort und so konnten wir das Kochen ausfallen lassen. Top Idee!!
    Nordsee war fast vor der Tür. Auf dem Platz ging es entspannt zu und das Personal war sehr nett. Vielen Dank .
