Chalet Evasion - 5 persons

We spent a weekend with the family in late June; I was looking forward to treating my kids to a meal at the snack bar, but no one told us we had to order pizzas or a charcuterie platter first. When we arrived around 8 p.m., we were told to come back around 9:30 p.m. (I had to feed my youngest, who couldn’t wait that long). Too bad, because the pizzas were good and the campground was nice. Just so you know, they don’t serve you at your table, and you have to clear your own table (anyway, the staff had already left and the bar’s awning was closed without anyone even saying goodbye to us).

We had a great weekend with several families—the staff is really friendly and the atmosphere is very family-oriented!

Our favorite place, cöein fine, access to the Ardeche, great trails to explore, staff very relaxed. Nice to sit, great pool. We are there at least 2-3 times a year. We look forward to it every time. Pitches are good and free choice. We love it a bit out of the way. You can hear the road though. But we don't mind. With a dog it's also a great place with a great run.

A really nice, family-friendly campground—the staff gave us a warm welcome and recommended a great restaurant:
. Beautiful sites with plenty of trees for shade, a fantastic pool, a river nearby, and a village within walking distance.
The only minor downside was the noise from the road, though it didn’t bother us.

The plus: within walking distance of the villages of St. Martin and Aiguèze. Friendly welcome. The campsites are flat; you can choose between shade or sun. The restrooms are decent and clean, but the dishwashing area near site #45 could use some renovation (it’s dark, old, and poorly lit). Good 5G reception.
There are two swimming pools plus one for toddlers, with lounge chairs in the shade. Bread and pastries are delivered every morning starting at 8 a.m.
