We came for a 4-day family holiday and really enjoyed sleeping in a hut in the middle of the forest. The campsite is very well located, close to several castles and an accrobranche site (Baud'Rillé). We appreciated the fact that no cars were allowed on the campsite (which meant we had to unload the car with the carts provided, which was fine). The walk around the lake was very pleasant. The staff were top notch and we appreciated being able to eat on site, as well as the treasure hunt for families.

Here's a place where you can totally disconnect, firstly because there's little internet or telephone network (depending on the operator), and secondly because it's quiet (no cars are allowed inside) in the middle of nature. The place is clean and peaceful, with all the amenities to keep parents and children busy, and there's something for everyone, from the spa to the wakeboard, ping pong, swimming pool, pétanque or board games, not forgetting the superb steam train that runs around the park. The staff are very friendly.

Great team and welcome Thanks to Manoua and Thibaut, always ready to listen with a smile and good advice. Manoua did everything she could to get me to exchange my reservation for a cabin, took the time to phone and go out of her way. Axelle, whom I'd spoken to on the phone warning me that I'd be arriving in the evening, took the trouble to call me to find out where I was on the road, and even waited for me to arrive even though she'd finished her hours. We mustn't forget Emma, who is always so helpful, and Kelly, Léa and Emilie, who go out of their way to keep the site clean, whether it's sanitary facilities, housekeeping, beds, etc., as well as Mathieu, Kevin and Sébastion, who are always on hand to help with any problems in the accommodation, such as changing gas bottles, etc., and the upkeep of the site, which is always clean and well-maintained. Super BRAVO because they have to put up with the mistakes of the agency who misinformed us, saying yes as usual when we asked if there would be creative workshops like in Senonches last year. When I booked, I was told I was staying at Village Huttopia, but a few days before departure, the e-mail informing me of the approaching date said Camping Huttopia. But when I got to the site, I learned that the creative workshops were only available in the summer, and that some activities were now subject to a charge, such as the spa and rowing boats, although the playground, tennis court and pig pong were free. Fortunately, there are accrobranches and Wake Park nearby, which are great, but that's an extra cost, because every year it increases a little, but now it's more expensive because there are no more creative workshops. I hope that the workshops will come back, because a lot of people are disappointed by the grandparents who come with their grandchildren, thinking they can have it all. Frankly, the agency doesn't give us much information, and since the sites only open at the beginning of April, we're always obliged to go through them.
