Summary created out of 491 reviews

The park is highly valued for its excellent location directly on the Seine, ideal as a base for exploring Paris. Guests praise the friendly and helpful staff, the shuttle bus to Porte Maillot metro station, and the modern, clean sanitary facilities. The spacious, shaded pitches, restaurant offerings, and bicycle rental complete the experience. Downsides include the high price, traffic noise from the nearby road, limited wifi quality, and the fact that dogs are not allowed on the shuttle bus.

The campground isn't worth 4 stars.
An e-bike was stolen from us at night; there's no security on the grounds and no security staff. Although the barrier only opens with a code, the pedestrian gate is open at all times.
The smell near the waste disposal stations is overwhelming; you shouldn’t choose a campsite there.
Toilet paper is provided, and cleanliness was generally okay.
No lighting in the evening or at night—a flashlight is necessary.

    Keine Beleuchtung Abends/Nachts, Taschenlampe notwendig.

Someone stole the step leading up to our RV while we were sleeping. Be careful and don’t leave anything unsecured outside the RV. Charline at the front desk was very rude. I bought tickets for the bus that goes to the campground. You can only pay for them at the front desk. She didn’t tell us that we wouldn’t get a refund if we didn’t use them. I explained to her that it was impossible for us to take the subway and then transfer to the bus going to the campground. On the subway, we tried to talk to someone at the information desk, but no one helped us, and there was no ticket machine.

The schedule they allow for leaving the campground starting at 6:00 a.m. is terrible. At that hour, a RV leaving and bumping against the trailer wakes you up, and you can forget about going back to sleep.
I do not recommend this campground; I won’t be back.
The front desk staff should be friendlier, and if you explain the problem to them, they should at least talk to management. Their on-site supermarket is very expensive, and there are no restaurants or other supermarkets nearby.
What you save on hotels, you end up spending on taxis.
The campground is next to a very busy road, and the noise is unbearable.
The only good thing is that the Seine River is right next to it.

**Response to the reply to the review:

    Thank you for your reply.
I’d like to point out that at no time—neither at the front desk nor when we made the reservation—were we told not to leave any items outside the RV.
When we picked up the bus tickets, we weren’t told they were non-refundable. They only told us that they could only be purchased at the front desk.
I explained that it was impossible for us to access the subway and asked if I could discuss it with management, but she refused.
Please note that the only receptionist who spoke Spanish (Charline) didn’t understand us when we asked her questions and was rude when I explained the problem I was having. Therefore, what you, Ms. Corine, have told me isn’t entirely accurate. Thank you

Sra. Corine me contesta. Gracias

It’s a very quiet place. The campsite where we stayed was fine, but starting at 5 a.m., there was construction next door that kept us awake. It was clean. Just what you’d expect from a campground—it has a playground, a restaurant, and a really good nightclub. The shared bathrooms were great, too. It’s a safe place. The only downside is that there isn’t enough parking space for passenger cars… It’s very close to downtown Paris and has a shuttle bus service. I recommend it.

Very expensive, €50+ for a very muddy patch, they are all the same, noisy from the road and very loud dance music coming from somewhere till 3am. The toilet and showers were lovely though.
Very easy access into Paris via a shuttle bus and then the Metro.

Yes it‘s a city camp - but the spots close to the road are incredibly loud at night, especially in a tent. Wished, when more quiet spots are available, these would be offered first. Give your guests a choice..!! We are all very tired… Bar/restaurant is quite good, personell is very friendly and the bathrooms okay.
