We stayed two nights at Camping de Paris. The campground is well-maintained, with clean restrooms and nice showers. The hot water is free, has a good flow, and there’s no time limit, which is very nice. There’s a push-button system for water at all sites.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the campground store is great for daily groceries. A big plus is the shuttle bus to Porte Maillot, which makes it easy to reach the center of Paris. We took an Uber back from Montmartre for 16 euros.

We were parked on a spot along the Seine (spots 133 through 247), where there’s plenty of shade. That was especially pleasant on hot days.

The only downside, in our opinion, was the price. At €147.20 for two nights (€73.60 per night), this campground is on the expensive side. Still, you do get good facilities, a convenient location, and friendly service in return.

All in all, a pleasant base for visiting Paris.

Great campground with plenty of shaded spots. Located between the Bois de Boulogne and the Seine. Modern look at the entrance and a very nice (though otherwise simple) restaurant/shop. The restrooms are good. Great connection via shuttle bus to the Port Maillot metro station. €2 per ride. From there, take Metro Line 1 for a quick trip to the city center. The campground is quite pricey, though, at around €60 per day for a tent and car. Choosing your own spot costs an extra €75… Tiny houses are also available. P.S. Sometimes birds like to perch in the tree above your car…

Sanitair is goed.
