    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    Love this campsite. The direct access to the beach makes it a fantastic site especially for dog owners. Early morning and sunset walks are magical. The sand stretches for miles in each direction and there are beautiful shells all along the beach. 10 minutes walk along the beach and you are at the centre of the resort of Merville - Franceville - Plage with restaurants, cafés and a small supermarket. The camp site is immaculately kept and the facilities are spotless. A very welcoming and friendly reception team, bread and pastries can be ordered for the next day. A great base to just relax or to explore the beautiful Normandy countryside. The beautiful port of Honfleur is just 30 minutes away and the Normandy D Day memorials are easily accessible. Only 25 minutes from the ferry at Caen - a perfect site to start and end a trip from the Uk.

    The campsite is very well located, clean, easy to find and the biggest advantage is that it has direct access to the beach and the sea.

    Our long-standing campsite, right by the sea, a pleasure, no need to walk 15 minutes to catch a glimpse of the beach. The pitches are large and the earth is hard enough to pitch tents, but the closer you get to the beach, the softer and more sandy the earth, so it's easier to come directly by camper van. The reception is friendly and there are activities to do every day. The food is good. Hygiene is much better than before, and the toilets are cleaned several times a day, which is very pleasant. Soft music in the background when you take your shower to dance 🕺🕺 The pool is large but always full when the weather's nice, not enough deckchairs outside they're always taken by storm. Goats roam around the campsite, which is a great idea. I recommend it!

    Notre camping de toujours, collé à la mer un plaisir, pas besoin de faire 15 mn à pied pour entrevoir la plage. Les emplacements du débuts sont grand et la terre est assez dur pour planter des tentes, en revanche plus on se rapproche de la plage plus la terre est molle et mélangée au sable, plus pratique de venir directement en camping car. L’accueil est sympa il y a des activités à faire chaque jours. La nourriture proposée est bonne. Niveau hygiène c’est beaucoup mieux qu’avant, les toilettes sont nettoyées plusieurs fois par jour, très agréable. Petite musique douce en fond quand on prend sa douche pour danser 🕺🕺 La piscine est grande mais toujours complète quand il fais beau, pas assez de transats dehors ils sont toujours pris d’assaut. Des chèvres se promènent dans le camping c’est une très bonne idée. Je recommande !

    Der Campingplatz liegt am Wasser mit einem großen Strand. Die Plätze sind sehr klein. Bitte vorher anschauen und nicht zuweisen lassen. Auf dem Platz laufen auch Ziegen rum. Dementsprechend findet man auch ihre Hinterlassenschaften auf dem Platz. Toilette und Dusche sind sauber und OK

    Very comfortable and modern pitch with lots of nice features. We had a luxury pitch with its own toilet and shower as well as a ceramic hob, fridge, electricity and sink. It was fantastic and hardly any more expensive! The pitch was very quiet and right by the sea.

    Sehr komfortabler und moderner Platz mit vielen schönen Features. Wir hatten einen Luxus-Stellplatz mit eigenem WC und Dusche sowie Herdplatte (Ceran), Kühlschrank, Strom und Spüle. Das war fantastisch und kaum teurer! Der Platz war sehr ruhig und direkt am Meer gelegen.
