    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    A campground to avoid on the first weekend of September... where the campground “welcomes” young people for an evening and night of partying with no regard for the vacationers; the condition of the restrooms in the early morning was deplorable... A sleepless night guaranteed—thanks a lot to the manager for this approach! I absolutely do not recommend this campground...

    Camping à fuir le 1er weekend de septembre.... où le camping "accueille" pour une soirée-nuit des jeunes gens venus faire la fête sans aucun égard pour les vacanciers, état des sanitaires au petit matin, déplorable.. Nuit blanche garantie, merci beaucoup au gérant pour cette façon de faire ! Je ne recommande absolument pas ce camping...

    Very friendly welcome. They’re happy to accommodate larger RVs, though the exit is very narrow.

    Dogs are also allowed on the beach. We felt right at home.

    Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Nehmen auch gerne größere Wohnwagen an, allerdings ist die Ausfahrt sehr eng.

    Der Strand ist auch für Hunde erlaubt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

    We loved the location and having direct access to the beach! However, the site needs a few improvements. Because the pitch wasn't level, water pooled when it rained, causing my partner and me to slip multiple times. The walkway to the shower block also needs attention, as the ground condition there was poor. Lastly, there was no proper eating area provided. With a bit of ground maintenance, this place would be fantastic."

    In and of itself, a beautifully situated campground with a great, wide beach. The campsites are relatively well-maintained, generously sized, and the restrooms are clean.
    However: most of the camping sites are uneven and sandy, without any gravel stabilization, so that the support wheel sank in quite a bit. The water for the showers is only … lukewarm, as is the water for washing dishes. The staff was very helpful, but didn’t know that they had premium sites available and weren’t sure which sites were actually still open. We were allowed to go pick a spot, though, and found a suitable one that, for some reason, was available😊.

    An sich ein sehr schön gelegener Campingplatz mit tollem weiten Strand. Relativ gepflegte, groß kalkulierte Campingbuchten und sauberen Waschhäuschen.
    Aber: die C.buchten sind zum Großteil uneben, sandig ohne Kiesstabilisierung, dass das Stützrad weit einsank.Das Wasser für Dusche isr mäßig warm, ebenso zum Spülen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, wusste aber nicht, dass sie Komfortplätze haben und nicht, welche Plätze tatsächlich noch frei waren. Wir durften aber auswählen gehen und entdeckten einen passenden Platz, der unbekannterweise frei war😊.
