  Changes

  For changes after booking, we charge a €25 administration fee. For changes that result in a (partial) cancellation, the cancellation terms apply to that part.

  Changes can only be made within the same holiday period as the original booking. Our seasons run from late April to early September.

  Cancellation

  Reservations can only be cancelled in writing. The cancellation fee is 25% of the rental sum if cancelled up to eight weeks before the booked period (minimum €115) and 50% of the rental sum if cancelled between eight and four weeks before the booked period (minimum €115). If cancelled within four weeks before the booked period, the full rental sum is due. In case of later arrival at the tent or earlier departure than booked, there will be no refund. Cancellation fees can be claimed if you have taken out cancellation insurance. Whether this is possible depends on the conditions of the insurance and the reason for cancellation.

  Change/Cancellation by Europe Tents

  If Europe Tents cannot offer the reserved accommodation, the tenant will be informed immediately. You will be offered a suitable alternative at no additional cost. If you do not accept this, you will receive a refund of the travel sum and reservation fees within two weeks. Europe Tents is not obliged to do so in the event of force majeure, such as the declaration of a state of emergency at the campsite, the outbreak of contagious diseases that may be dangerous to people and/or animals, or the threat of flooding or forest fires.

• Payment information

  Within two weeks after receiving the reservation confirmation you pay 15% of the total amount (minimum € 150). The next 15% you pay no later than 8 weeks after booking and the remaining 70% you pay 8 weeks before arrival. If you book within 8 weeks before departure, you pay the total amount at once. In case of late payment Europe Tents has the right to cancel the reservation - after demand; You are then responsible for the cancellation costs. By careless payment, all costs are for your account.
