  If the renter cancels after booking confirmation, costs will therefore be charged.

  • If the renter cancels after the first deposit, €80.00 administrative costs will be charged.
  • If the renter cancels within 3 months before the arrival date, a fee of 30% of the rental price (excluding costs and deposit) will be charged;
  • if the renter cancels within 4 weeks before the arrival date, this fee amounts to the full rental price.
  • If desired, the renter is responsible for taking out cancellation insurance
• Payment information

  The deposit is 30% of the rental price and the remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 6 weeks before arrival, the full rental amount must be paid at once.
