Summary created out of 148 reviews

The park is located next to a beautiful lake with walking and cycling paths, close to Nantes and with good facilities such as a nearby supermarket. Guests appreciate the spacious and green character of the campsite, the friendly staff and the large shaded pitches under mature trees. The campsite is undergoing complete renovation with new accommodations and sanitary facilities, but this also means that some facilities are not yet fully operational. Complaints focus mainly on the temporarily closed or non-functioning swimming pool, inconsistent cleaning of sanitary facilities (lack of toilet paper and soap), noise pollution from the busy road and seasonal workers, and communication problems with staff.

The campsites are large and shaded
But other than that, it's not great—especially for a 3-star campground
The restrooms are shared and there aren't enough of them—for example, there are only men's restrooms
The showers have only a trickle of water
and to top it all off, the pool closes at 6 p.m., so don't go for a walk before then

Last-minute reservations and the option to book outside of those dreadful Saturday-to-Saturday weeks.
Very warm welcome, great location. Unit 53, like many others, is well-shaded, which keeps it pleasant even during a heat wave (we still had our fans, though).
The pool is perfect for kids!!

A rather noisy campground: the road is very busy, even in August!
We paid 47 euros for a site with a small Fleurette caravan, an awning, a pop-up tent, and two adults with two children under 4 years old...shocking!
The restrooms are new, but there are no sinks for simply brushing your teeth… they’re all inside the showers… so the shower floors get dirty from people using the sinks. Thankfully, the campground wasn’t very crowded! Otherwise, we were told we had to go to the laundry room… or the dishwashing sinks?

A pleasant overnight stay for a family on a cycling trip. A big plus for the bike/hiker area (and the special rate.

The restrooms are cleaned regularly, but unfortunately some people have trouble respecting the facilities and the managers’ hard work.

    A beautiful, tree-lined campground.

Good-sized, shaded sites surrounded by hedges. You’ll need to bring your own European plug adapter or buy one on site (or borrow one for a deposit?).

A swimming pool for everyone to enjoy. Shaded and sheltered from the wind.

Washing machine, dryer, and laundry sink in a separate room.
Cleaning is done twice a day.
There’s nowhere to brush your teeth; we’re forced to do it in the shower, which blocks the showers (of which there are few) when it’s crowded—what a shame!
(We even saw kids brushing their teeth in the restrooms, dishwashing areas, laundry rooms, and other water sources!!!)

It’s a shame that we have to take the glasses a few blocks away, but I imagine that’s beyond the manager’s control.

    Friendly and understanding staff

A wonderful find. The staff was very welcoming, and the cottage was very well-equipped.
