Welcome to this cozy Base Lodge, perfect for 2 to 6 people. Enjoy the spacious 25 m² inner tent, where a luxurious XL double bed and two bunk beds offer you a comfortable night's sleep. Step outside onto the 15 m² terrace and relax on the luxurious Fatboy lounge furniture, surrounded by a beautiful lawn. The outdoor kitchen invites cozy barbecues and delicious meals under the stars. For coffee lovers, there is an espresso machine and kettle.

    Cancellation Policy


    Cancellation of a reservation must be communicated to the provider by e-mail.

    There are costs associated with a cancellation.

    • If cancelled up to the 42nd day (excluding) before the day of departure: the deposit;
    • for cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of departure: 60% of the travel sum;
    • for cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) to the day of departure: 90% of the travel sum;- for cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the full travel sum. It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance for this purpose.

    Changes, other than location and rental period, can be communicated to the provider at least 2 weeks before arrival. No fees will be charged for changes.

    Please note: Changes in accommodation are subject to cancellation.

  • Payment information

    5.1 The 30% deposit must be paid within 8 days of booking.

    5.2 The balance of 70% of the total amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

    5.3 For bookings made within 6 weeks before arrival, the total travel sum must be paid immediately.

    5.4 If payment is not made on time, Lodgeholidays has the right, after a reminder by e-mail, to cancel the booking, in which case the principal of the reservation will be held liable for the cancellation.

    5.5 In case of negligent payment, the principal of the reservation shall be liable for all judicial and extrajudicial costs and possible interest.

    Great stay! Friendly host and good services. You can charge your electric car. Swimming pool is great and the lake is awesome. We had our dog with us and he was more than welcome. The surroundings are great for hiking and exploring no need to drive far to see great things. Would definitely go back again!

    We had a fabulous three night stay in our motorhome in the beautiful site.. The location is unbeatable, set on the lake within the beautiful prealpine prosecco region. There is plenty to see and do in the area, there are many beautifully preserved old towns to visit, great walking and cycling paths, prosecco tasting at a local winery or you can simply relax on site with a swim in the lake or the pool. The facilities are clean and well maintained and the staff are both friendly and helpfull. Bread is available on order daily and there are numerous large supermarkets in the nearby Vittorio Veneto to stock up on supplies on the road in. We had a perfect pitch right on the lake where we would have loved to have stayed longer if only our schedule had alowed.

    We were here on our bikepacking route and took a day off. The spot is in a great location right on the lake. There are great amenities by the water—you can use the shaded lounge chairs at the swimming pool for free and rent stand-up paddleboards and kayaks at a reasonable price. There’s a swimming dock with a diving platform and even a small pool right next to it. Still, it wasn’t too big or crowded. The restroom facilities were similar to those at a swimming pool—there was no soap, but everything was very clean. We also really liked that the campground places a strong emphasis on recycling. There were good seating areas for cooking and eating, a free-to-use freezer, washing machines, and a super delicious pizza with a lake view right at the campground.

    Wir waren hier auf unserer Bikepackingroute und haben einen Pausentag eingelegt. Der Platz ist super gelegen direkt am See. Es gibt es tolles Angebot am Wasser, man kann die schattigen Liegen im Schwimmbad kostenlos nutzen und günstig Subs und Treetbotte leihen. Es gibt einen Badesteg mit Sprungturm und sogar noch einen kleinen Pool daneben. Trotzdem war es nicht zu groß und voll. Die Santiäranlagen waren ähnlich wie in einem Schwimmbad, es gab keine Seife aber alles war sehr sauber. Gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass der Campingplatz viel Wert auf Mülltrennung legt. Es gab gute Sitzgelegenheiten zum Kochen und Essen, eine frei verfügbare Gefriertruhe, Waschmaschinen und eine super leckere Pizza mit Seeblick direkt am Campigplatz.
