SunLodge Katsura - 5 persons

We were there for the first time this year in October during the Verona Cup with 10 people 3 times Bungalow Girasol Suite.the bungalows were big enough equipment sufficient for a camping vacation.we had in 2 bungalows no grill but would be brought immediately.plant mega big we think we have not seen everything 🙈 Sanitary facilities according to statements clean.I myself have only used the washing machine and they were super clean no musty smell.The ladies at the reception well had both friendly and not friendly unfortunately nobody spoke any German there.restaurants were just partly reserved for the kids from the Verona cup but didn't bother us at all because we preferred to eat take away anyway (or took the little train to Peschiera).service mega friendly food top.we had concerns about the period but we have to say that it was the perfect period.our kids between 18 and 20 immediately made friends and were just out and about. So we older ones had a super relaxed vacation. We took a day trip on the ferry to Limone and then over to Malcesine and took the bus back. For me, Malcesine was a super nice town, we found a little café by chance and could have sat there for hours. The owner was super nice ❤️. Of course there are shortcomings on the campsite and certainly staff who are not always friendly. But on the whole this place is ideal for a camping vacation. If you want luxury you should not book a camping vacation. We've been on vacation a lot now, but it kind of hurt to leave here 😪 We'll definitely be back in October. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation 🥰

October '25: Large campsite, but sloping and lots of light from the lamps. Sanitary facilities clean but partly broken. Restaurants within the campsite very poor. Shopping okay. Has pharmacy. No real playground for children. Tourist train to town center is not Thule stroller friendly and chauffeur is very unfriendly. The town and the streets are not recommended for small children on bicycles - too dangerous. Public buses are very unpunctual.

Very good location with many possibilities to enjoy your vacation. Good shopping opportunities.

DANGEROUS PLACE!! I stayed three nights here with my family, and the last one was honestly the scariest night I’ve ever had in an apartment hotel. The walls are so thin you hear everything, literally even a faucet turning on. One night I woke up to a woman screaming. I went straight to security to say someone next door might be in trouble. The guard told me they only handle noise after 11 p.m., so there wasn’t much he could do. Later, around 2–3am the shouting started again. I called security back, when we got there together, we saw the neighbor’s window was smashed. No one told us what was going on..No updates, nothing to help us feel safe. I barely slept, and my two young kids were terrified. In my view, this place isn’t safe, and staff don’t take concerns seriously. I wouldn’t bring children or valuables here, and based on our experience, I can’t recommend it.

Very professional employees, especially night security employees. Evocative and quiet campsite, ideal for any kind of vacation.

Good evening easy to delete the negative comments from instagram and keep only the beautiful posts! Post also the facie of the 40 people who on November 1 chose to watch the elementz show as scheduled instead of doing something else and at the last minute they come out show postponed ,whether there are 50 or 300 people the schedule should be respected x respect the customers! Instead if enesco they had backstage problems and start dismantling the stage and put everything away nemeno 2 skits or group dances absurd ! I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IF THE AGENCY HAD BEEN THERE LIKE THE NIGHT BEFORE TO ASSIST........
