A lovely, clean campground run by two very friendly sisters. We stayed there for three nights and felt very comfortable.
Service and restroom facilities were all spotless; the sites were very clean, and the location was beautiful.
The restaurant’s pizza was also great.
The surrounding area is perfect for hiking.
For cyclists who aren’t … very experienced, it can get a bit challenging at times. But with an e-bike, anything is possible.
There’s also a bread roll service and a small self-service market.
As I said, the two owners, the Sinnens, are very nice and sometimes stop by for a chat. Where else do you find that? They even gave us a warm send-off as we left. We’ll definitely stop by again.this is a translation, click here for the original
Ein schöner sauberer Platz geführt, von zwei Schwestern die sehr nett sind. Wir waren drei Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Service Sanitäranlagen alles picobello die Plätze sehr sauber die Lage Sehr schön.
Restaurant Pizza war ebenfalls klasse.
Die Umgebung ist sehr schön zum Wandern.
Für Radfahrer, die nicht so geübt sind, kann es schon mal etwas schwierig werden. Aber mit dem E-Bike ist alles machbar.
Brötchen Service, und ein kleiner SB Markt ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Wie gesagt die beiden Betreiber Sinnen sind sehr nett und kommen auch mal auf ein Schwätzchen vorbei. Wo gibt es das noch, auch bei der Abfahrt wurden wir nett verabschiedet. Wir kommen wieder mal vorbei. -

Campground located at the end of a small road, spotless restrooms ++++,
. The guide lists the price as €23, but they charge you €27??? In cash, of course. It’s very quiet, and the two people at the front desk are friendly. The baguette is very expensive and nothing like the ones we’re used to.
The lake was practically dry. It’s located far from everything if you don’t have a car.

affiché 23€ sur le guide on vous fait payer 27 € ??? en espèces bien sûr. Il est très calme et les deux personnes à l'accueil sympathiques. La baguette est très chère et ne ressemble en rien aux nôtres.
Le lac était pratiquement à sec. Il est situé loin de tout si on n'est pas motorisé.

The Gajole Campground is beautifully situated, overlooking the lake and very quiet. The grounds are very well-maintained and nicely laid out.
The entrance to the lake is steep, over gravel and silt—but swimming in it is a real pleasure.
The fact that you have to bring your own toilet paper and soap isn’t a problem—you just need to know that … in advance.
The on-site restaurant serves light meals.
Communication with the owners was a bit sparse.

Der Campingplatz Gajole ist wunderschön gelegen, mit Blick auf den See und sehr ruhig. Das Gelände ist sehr gepflegt und gut angelegt.
Der Einstieg in den See ist steil, über Geröll und Schlick, - das Schwimmen darin jedoch ein Genuss.
Dass man Toilettenpapier und Seife selbst mitbringen muss, ist kein Problem, man muss es nur wissen.
Im vorhandenen Restaurant, werden kleine Speisen angeboten.
Die Kommunikation mit den Betreiberinnen war etwas karg.
