There is a comfortable double bed measuring 140 cm wide, equipped with two single duvets and pillows, so everything is arranged for a good night's sleep. Furthermore, there is a cozy seating area inside (two chairs with a small table), a small cabinet for your belongings, and a kettle with cups for coffee or tea. Guests particularly appreciate the friendly staff and the beautiful location directly on the Sauer river, within walking distance of Diekirch. The spacious camping pitches and the freedom to choose your own spot are highly valued. Since the takeover by Dutch owners in November, significant work has been done on renovations and improvements, visible in the new mobile homes and accommodations. Sanitary facilities are frequently mentioned as an area for improvement: the facilities are dated and while generally clean, details such as toilet roll holders and hand dryers are missing. Some guests also question the price-quality ratio. However, the campsite has great potential thanks to its location along the cycle path, proximity to the town centre and the peaceful, green surroundings.

    The campground is beautiful and well-maintained. There’s a playground for kids.
    The restaurant is especially great. I hadn’t had high expectations for campground restaurants before, but the food and service are amazing. I haven’t eaten this well in a long time.
    So if you’re there, it’s a must-visit.

    Der Platz ist schön und gepflegt. Für Kids gibt es einen Spielplatz.
    Besonders toll ist das Restaurant. Bisher hatte ich keine großen Erwartungen an Campingrestaurants; aber das Essen und der Service sind der Wahnsinn. Ich habe lang nicht so gut gegessen.
    Also wenn ihr dort seid, ist es ein Muss..
