Inside, the cosy space is cleverly laid out and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. You’ll find everything you need to cook, relax and unwind after a day outdoors. Wake up to birdsong, enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace and watch curious squirrels – and with a bit of luck even deer – wandering by just a few metres away.

The tiny house sits in Hoogersmilde, a modest village surrounded by forests, heathlands and peat bogs. The area is a paradise for cycling and hiking, with countless well-marked routes starting nearby. The region is especially popular with nature lovers who want to explore one of the largest nature reserves in the Netherlands without the crowds.

Hoogersmilde is also known for its striking television tower, which offers impressive views over the vast landscape. After a day of exploring, it’s wonderful to return to your peaceful hideaway in the woods, far away from the stress of everyday life.

Parking is available right next to the house for both bikes and cars, and there is a charging point for electric cars. Dogs are welcome too (up to two), so you don’t have to leave your four-legged friend at home.

Before arrival, you can optionally choose a utilities and service package for EUR 40. This convenient package includes final cleaning, utilities, service support and protection against minor accidental damage during your stay. Prefer to arrange everything yourself? That’s also fine, as long as you leave the tiny house in good condition at check-out.
