Park Hunzedal is appreciated for its beautiful location by the recreational lake with beach and extensive facilities including a swimming pool with slide, large playground and various activities. Guests praise the cleanliness of the accommodations, friendly staff and the peaceful, green surroundings with nearby walking and cycling opportunities. Points of criticism include the water quality of the lake (long-term negative swimming advice), the condition of sanitary facilities at the campsite, and the high costs for additional activities such as mini golf and bowling. The absence of a park shop and improvement points regarding maintenance and storage space are also regularly mentioned.

It was advertised as dog-friendly, but it wasnβt really. It was pretty run-down and shabby. Weβve been to better Landal Parks. The pool was okay, but it desperately needs a makeover; the sauna is completely uninspiring and showing its ageβthey should at least sweep the outdoor area and pull the weeds. There was potential there, and the staff was very friendly, but the overall experience still leaves a lot to be desired.

We stayed here at the campground with our family of four. This is the second year weβve come here. And honestly, I thought it was better this year than the year before.
This is truly a family-friendly spot. Every day, all day long, there are activities for kids. If you have kids between the ages of 5 and 12, theyβll be kept pretty busy if you join in on everything.
They also have activities for older kids. And if you do happen to get bored at the campground, thereβs more than enough to do in the surrounding area. The pool area is nice tooβthereβs an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a splash pool. In the splash pool, they also offer activities like VR swimming (you have to sign up and pay in advance) as well as an obstacle course. For young and old alike.
Furthermore, in my opinion, the campsites are spacious. Of course, it depends on where youβre parked, but otherwise theyβre quite deep as well.
The brasserie opens at 12:00 p.m., and you can enjoy a lovely meal thereβeither inside or out on the balconyβwith a view of the large lake. Service has really improved significantly compared to last year, and you can tell that from the staff. You guys did a great job!this is a translation, click here for the original
